What if you could step into a secret sanctuary where every dream and desire were within your reach?

What if you could fully embrace the infinite possibilities before you,

Inviting them into full fruition?

My name is Jason Stevenson,

And in tonight's meditation,

You will be guided on a journey of self-discovery and transformation,

Freeing yourself of doubt and fear,

Whilst expanding your inner world to meet your full potential.

By embracing the magic of a cascading waterfall,

Surrounded by mist and lush greenery,

You will be empowered to call forth all the abundance and miracles you desire.

So welcome to this transformative inner journey,

And may it shift your inner world,

And therefore,

Your outer world too.

Before we dive in,

Let's take a few moments to settle in.

By the end of this meditation,

You will be encouraged to drift off to sleep,

So make sure you're in a safe and comfortable space for that to happen.

Take a moment to stretch your body if that feels good for you,

And then settle into a resting posture,

Your full body surrendering to the mattress and pillow beneath you.

And as you come to rest,

Take a few slow,

Cleansing breaths,

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Expanding as you inhale,

And releasing completely on each exhale.

Take one more full,

Deep breath,

And then continue to breathe naturally.

Now let's take a moment to soften and soothe the physical body,

Before commencing tonight's inner voyage.

Begin by calling your attention to the crown of your head,

And imagine for a moment that from the universe above,

A silver orb of light descends towards you.

This radiant orb is filled with a gentle,

Soothing energy that emanates from the center of your head.

It's a soft,

Ethereal shimmer.

As it slowly approaches the very top of your head,

Feel into its loving presence,

Coming to nurture and soothe you.

Allow it to permeate the top of your head.

Any tension or stress held in this space,

Gently melting away amidst its radiant glow.

And now imagine this silver orb of light,

Beginning to disperse through your body like a glistening mist,

Its luminous particles spreading out from your crown.

It cascades downwards,

Soothing your forehead,

Your face,

And your entire head.

It relaxes all the muscles and cells in your entire headspace.

As your face and head relax,

Envision this luminous mist traveling down your neck,

Moving across your collarbones and shoulders,

Releasing any weight you've been storing there.

And then watch as it cocoons your arms,

Soothing all the muscles and cells in your arms right down to your hands.

As your arms relax completely,

Witness this soothing mist enveloping your chest and your heart,

Feeling the warmth of its love and its light.

And see if you can notice your breath possibly even softening.

And now allow this luminous presence to dance down the rest of your body,

Wrapping and permeating your entire core.

Softening your back and your belly,

Freeing any tension from your hips and pelvis.

And now cascading down your legs all the way down to your toes,

Your muscles and cells are softened and soothed,

Held in the loving presence of this luminous silver mist.

Envision your whole body cocooned by this cosmic presence.

And as you breathe it in,

Imagine that it smells like sweet jasmine and vanilla,

Filling your body with peace,

Joy,

And comfort.

As you bathe in this ethereal,

Shimmering body of light,

Something appears through the mist in your mind's eye,

Something appears through the mist in your mind's eye.

It's a rolling ramp and shrouded in the same glistening presence that wraps you now.

This ramp will guide you to a place of magic and abundance,

Where dreams,

Miracles,

And the fullness of all your untapped potential will come.

As I count you down from ten to one,

Follow this ramp,

Opening your heart to infinite possibilities before you.

So,

Ten,

Taking that first moment on the ramp,

Almost floating across it and noticing what it's made of.

Nine,

Reaching your hand for the support of a handrail if needed,

Guiding you deeper into the magic and abundance.

Eight,

Knowing that you have full control over this journey,

Empowered to make it your own.

Seven,

Extending your crown towards the cosmos,

Shoulders dropping down to earth.

Six,

Releasing with each breath,

Inviting your belly to soften.

Five,

Feeling awe and wonder bubble up within you,

Excitement for the journey ahead.

Four,

Beginning to hear a soft murmur of cascading water.

As three,

A sweet and floral tropical perfume fills your nostrils.

Two,

Knowing you are nearly there,

Relaxing deeper and deeper into this journey,

Your journey.

And one,

Emerging from this ramp,

Entering a tropical paradise where a majestic waterfall cascades before you.

The air is filled with the scent of blooming orchards and fresh citrus.

And you are surrounded by vibrant greenery and bright,

Beautiful flowers.

Golden sunlight streams through the canopy above,

Glittering like tiny stars as it dances through the air.

Take a long,

Slow breath to settle in,

Feeling your feet rooted firmly to the tropical earth,

Lungs expanding as the top of your head reaches for the light above.

The colors of this tropical sanctuary are vivid,

Seeming to glow with inner light.

Each leaf and each flower radiates with a vibrancy that feels otherworldly.

Hues of emerald green,

Sapphire blue,

And blush pink weave a tapestry of beauty,

Wonder,

And joy.

And the water's symphony is equally alive and vibrant,

An enchanting melody that awakens your spirit and soul.

Soothes the habitual chatter of your mind.

Notice the way the water tumbles with gravity,

Each droplet sparkling with iridescent light.

Where the water lands,

There is a teal blue lagoon,

An enchanted pool of crisp,

Pure water.

The surface of the water ripples gently,

Glistening with the vibrant colors of the surrounding flora and the golden light of the afternoon sun.

You have arrived in this magical place to release fear,

Doubt,

And all limiting beliefs,

Making space for your full potential to shine through.

So with that in mind,

You feel an intuitive call to enter the water,

To let your body and mind be cleansed,

And your spirit breathe.

You make your way to the water's edge,

Near the edge of the ocean,

You make your way to the water's edge,

Kneeling down to let your fingers dance across the surface of this shimmering lagoon.

And when you're ready,

You prepare for a dip,

Changing into what's comfortable to swim in,

And then inching your way into the shallow waters.

The water is crisp and refreshing,

And yet amidst the warm air and the beaming sun,

It is completely comfortable to bathe in.

You wade a little deeper now,

Feeling the cleansing water as it rises up your body.

When you're ready,

You dip your head beneath the glimmering surface,

Just as much as it's comfortable for you,

Allowing the lagoon to cocoon you in your fullness.

And as you rise back up,

You smell the tropical air,

You feel the warm sun beaming down upon you,

And you float on your back for a short while.

The water begins to cleanse you,

Relaxing your body and restoring your mind.

Take a few slow,

Deep breaths to savor what it feels like to float upon this enchanted body of water.

Surrender to the sensation of being supported,

Loved and nurtured by the earth,

The water,

And the universe at large.

As you drift upon the surface of the lagoon,

You feel the ocean's warmth,

The light of the universe at large.

Mist dances all around you.

You can see it rise from where the water cascades into the pool,

Luminous particles twirling with grace through the atmosphere.

Your mind quiets as you open your heart and body to simply being present for this mystical experience as it unfolds.

Now,

As sweet as it feels to simply bathe in the lagoon,

You hear an inner whisper that urges you to journey further.

You recall that you came here to release what does not serve you,

And in so doing,

Make space for abundance,

Miracles,

And infinite possibilities.

Upon this remembrance,

Your attention is drawn to the waterfall,

And you know what you are here to do.

The waterfall is an opportunity to release limiting beliefs that have been holding you back from your full potential and from manifesting miracles.

And so,

You hear the call to enter the stream of water that cascades down from above.

When the water falls upon you,

It will cleanse you of what does not serve you,

Creating space for the next phase of your journey.

But before you swim beneath the falling water,

Take a moment to consider what limiting beliefs have been holding you back from realizing your dreams for this lifetime.

What thoughts and ideas about who you are or about the world at large do not serve your highest self and fullest potential?

Once you've identified one or multiple limiting beliefs,

Swim towards the place where the waterfall meets the lagoon.

And when you're ready,

Enter into that beautiful stream,

Feeling it wash away any thoughts or ideas that are holding you back.

As the water meets the crown of your head,

It sends a ripple of relaxation through your whole body.

Your forehead muscles relax and all inner blockages are washed into the blue lagoon.

Your mind resets to its original nature.

And your spirit?

It comes alive as new possibilities are coming in.

Stay immersed within this cleansing process for as long as you'd like,

Releasing everything that stands in the way of embracing life's infinite potential.

When you're ready to see what's ahead,

There behind the cascading waterfall is a magical haven of wonder and wonder.

And when you're ready to see what's on the other side,

Move behind the waterfall,

Where a hidden sanctuary awaits you.

It is an open,

Cave-like nook,

Its walls adorned with delicate mosses and ferns that glow with inner luminescence.

Crystals and blooming flowers make their home here,

Too.

As do tiny,

Shimmering fireflies.

Their glow adding to the ethereal atmosphere of this secret sanctuary.

You discover soft cushions made of moss,

Stretched out across the rocky floor of the cavern.

And just before them,

Something else catches your eye.

It is a golden goblet,

Intricately engraved with a mysterious message.

It's surface is smooth and polished,

Shimmering in the soft,

Ethereal light of this enchanted nook.

You take a seat on the soft moss and pick up the goblet,

Running your fingers along its beautiful engravings.

As you do,

A message is transmitted to you in the form of an inner whisper,

And it says,

This golden goblet is for you to fill your own cup with boundless potential and limitless possibilities.

Consider what is it you truly long for.

Fill this golden cup with free-flowing water,

And pour it upon your crown,

Seeing your dreams come to life in your mind's eye.

Upon hearing this message,

You are deeply inspired by the opportunity that is presented to you.

And so you take a moment to first consider.

What quality or way of being do I wish to deeply embody in this lifetime?

What quality or way of being do I wish to deeply embody in this lifetime?

As you become aware of a quality you'd like to embody,

Something in alignment with your highest potential,

Fill the golden goblet with water from the falls,

And then pour it atop your head to welcome that quality into the energetic fabric of your being.

As this happens,

Allow a vision of this longing to come alive in your mind's eye.

See it play out to the full extent of its potential.

Who do you become when you embody this desired quality?

What does your life look like?

And just as importantly,

How do you feel?

You can play with this vision for as long as you wish,

Or you can come back to the secret nook behind the waterfall and fill your cup with the water.

Ask yourself,

What do I want to experience or create in this lifetime that is aligned with my highest self?

Consider what you want to craft or experience in the coming months or years,

And when you have something in mind,

Fill the golden goblet once again.

Pure,

Clear water fills the cup to the brim,

And then you lift that cup above your head and allow the water to fall upon you.

As it does,

Welcome the energy of your desire to permeate your energetic makeup,

And let your mind drift into a vision of what it would be like for this dream to be fulfilled.

What does the future look like if you are to experience or create exactly what you long for in this lifetime?

Allow yourself to become fully immersed in the imagery,

Noting what it feels like in your body to see yourself living out your full potential.

And again,

If you wish to stay here longer,

You can,

Or you can return to the golden goblet and fill it once again.

And this time,

Consider what miracles you'd like to manifest.

What surprise event or encounter would enhance your life in the most beautiful of ways?

Or what miracle would bring you closer to experiencing your dreams?

Once you're aware of a miracle you wish to call forth,

Lean towards the water once again and allow that mystic goblet to fill.

And as you pour that pure,

Nutritive liquid over your head,

Open your heart to the reality that miracles are an intrinsic part of this universe.

Feel your miracle coming alive in your body,

As you envision it playing out in your mind's eye.

Allow the contents of these three visions to converge,

As one big beautiful dream plays out across the canvas of your mind.

Feel it coming to life in every cell of your being,

Awakening your full potential,

Creating a cascade of abundance,

Beauty,

And deep fulfillment.

And,

If there is anything else that whispers to be called into your cup,

You can fill the goblet once more,

Filling any gaps in the dreams or miracles you are manifesting.

See if you can allow this vision to expand,

To encompass even more of your boundless potential.

There are limitless opportunities for this lifetime,

And you get to choose which ones you want to focus on.

The dreams you call forth may be quiet or loud,

Small or large.

You get to define what abundance and success looks like for you.

So don't be afraid to make your dreams your own.

Whatever you long for,

That's in alignment with your highest self.

Welcome it into your visions now.

Your inner cup is full to the brim.

You are feeling deeply nourished,

Inspired,

And aware of what is ahead of you.

And aware of what is possible for you.

And still,

These dreams and visions can grow and shapeshift as time progresses.

So allow yourself to be flexible.

Be open to the ways in which the universe may delight you in days,

Months,

And years to come.

Knowing that sometimes your dreams will unfold exactly as you had envisioned them,

And at other times,

You will be pleasantly surprised.

You will be pleasantly surprised.

But now you are feeling called to rest.

Take one last look around this enchanted sanctuary behind the waterfall,

Admiring its beauty,

Its magic,

And the gifts it bestowed upon you.

Thank it for its blessings,

And then slowly,

Swim back out the way you came.

As you emerge on the other side of the falling water,

You see that the sun has begun a slow departure for the day.

The sky is painted in lilac light.

And a few tiny stars are making themselves known.

Slowly,

You swim your way to the water's edge.

Each stroke embodies grace and awareness.

And you discover,

As you step out of the tranquil lagoon,

That a towel and warm clothes have been laid out for you.

You dry off and blanket your body in comfortable attire,

Ready for a night of deep sleep and sweet dreams.

But before sleep comes,

Just take a moment to sit by the edge of the lagoon,

And admire the beauty all around you.

Life is,

Indeed,

Enchanted.

You are full of wonder and inspiration,

Excited for the miracles and abundance that lie ahead of you.

And at the same time,

You are deeply content with this present moment.

You trust the timing of the universe,

And know that all will unfold in accordance with cosmic wisdom.

Take a few breaths to envision the sky growing darker,

As a full moon rises and more twinkling stars appear.

And now,

Thank the universe at large for its blessings,

Its abundance,

Its love,

And its support.

Envision yourself leaning back,

The length of your body,

Surrendering to the tropical earth beneath you.

And as I count down from ten to one,

You will slowly transition back to physical reality.

As this happens,

Your body and mind will relax deeper and deeper,

And you may drift into sleep at any time.

So we start at ten,

And the vast expanse of the night sky.

You are connected to its magic and its power,

Capable of crafting a life that inspires you.

You know that you hold boundless potential within you,

And that the universe is here to support you,

Willing to deliver miracles that will uplift your life.

In the days to come,

Remain open to all the ways in which you are blessed.

And explore where you can co-create more magic in life,

Along with universal support.

You can fill your cup at any time,

Calling forth your full,

Unbridled potential.
