Cottontail Dock just rest relaxing the body inviting the mind to come to a stop feeling the inner bodily experience the vibrant flow of sensations perhaps noticing that it is as if you have two parallel experiences in your bodily form one the coarse body where you can feel the pressure of your seat and the touch of your clothes and so on and two the subtle body like tingling sensations like energies flowing up and down the spine radiating upwards sensations similar to when you get the chills while listening to a beautiful piece of music hair starting on end if you feel no such things don't worry just feel the body and breath as you feel it no need to do anything just know if you notice some tension somewhere just breathe feeling how the sensations of the breath spread out and through the area of tension you you you you you you you you you you you You You May find that you can follow the subtle flow around in the body And that you can activate it at different places just Play with it You You You You You May also discover that the flow of this energy might be blocked or hindered at certain points If you do just stay with it Opening up to feel for what that is about I Had it like that for a long time I had these sensations shooting up my spine But stopping in my throat Sometimes it made me feel compelled to yawn It took some time for me to figure out that it was connected to my shame around crying I noticed that when I was in the hospital I noticed that when I was touched by something or felt some sadness That I would feel compelled to yawn in a similar way Once I allowed myself to cry the subtle flow would continue up past the throat area You You You You You If these subtle sensations come and go just leave them alone and stay with the course body Just feel the breath If the subtle sensations stay then let them soothe you into stillness into peace Allowing the opening of your heart You You You You You You We are not human beings having a spiritual experience We are spiritual beings having a human experience You You You You You You You You You You
