Take a moment to settle in.
Allow your body to soften.
Your breath to deepen.
There's nowhere to get to right now.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to become.
Just gently arrive.
Here.
And as you arrive,
Let this land.
You are not in the process of becoming your higher self.
You are in the process of remembering that you already are.
Today's practice is about manifestation.
But not from striving.
Not from chasing.
From embodiment.
From the understanding that there is no lower version of you that needs to be upgraded.
Only a version of you that's ready to be fully expressed.
Step one.
Remember you already are.
Take a breath in.
The version of you who has what you desire.
Who feels fulfilled.
Grounded.
Abundant.
That version of you isn't separate from you.
It's already within you.
You're not closing a gap.
You're dissolving the illusion that there ever was one.
Step two.
Get clear on what you desire.
Without overthinking,
Gently ask yourself,
What do I truly want?
Not what feels realistic.
Not what feels safe.
But what feels aligned.
Let it be simple.
Let it be honest.
Clarity is kindness to yourself.
Step three.
Set intentions with integrity.
Now turn that desire into intention.
An intention is not just a wish.
It's a quiet commitment.
I am available for this.
I am moving toward this.
And with that comes responsibility.
Because manifestation also asks you to participate.
Step four.
Embody the version of you who has it.
Ask yourself,
How does this version of me think?
How do they move?
How do they treat themselves?
And instead of waiting to become that,
Practice being that.
Today.
In small ways.
In real ways.
Not perfectly.
Just intentionally.
Step five.
Take aligned action.
This is where grounding happens.
Not everything is energetic.
Some things are practical.
What is one small action you can take today?
Does that align with the life you're calling in?
Do it not from pressure,
But from self-respect.
From devotion to your path.
Step six.
Release attachment.
Now soften your grip.
You don't need to force outcomes.
You don't need to control timing.
The more you say,
I need this to feel okay.
The more you create tension.
Instead,
Try this.
I trust what's meant for me is unfolding.
Let your actions be strong,
But your attachment be light.
Step seven.
Allow yourself to receive.
Notice if there's any resistance to receiving.
Any guilt?
Any feeling of,
Do I deserve this?
Gently remind yourself.
You do not need to earn your worth.
Receiving is not selfish.
It's part of the natural flow.
Let it be safe to receive support,
Abundance,
Love,
Opportunities.
And lastly,
Step eight.
Witness and release the inner critic.
Your mind may still speak.
It may say,
This isn't working.
You're not there yet.
Instead of fighting it,
Just notice.
That's a thought.
And let it pass.
Because the version of you you're embodying is not led by fear.
They trust.
They return to themselves again and again.
Step nine.
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
You don't need to rush this process.
You don't need to prove anything.
Your power is in your presence,
Your consistency,
Your willingness to return.
So as you move through your day,
Be that version of you.
Not perfectly,
But consciously.
And trust that what you're aligned with is already on its way to you.
And remember,
