Sit back, close your eyes and let go of all tensions in your brain and body, allowing yourself to rest. Perfect as a power nap at work or at home, as a short recess from your studies or as a preparation for sleep. Whenever you become aware of thoughts happening, just gently move your attention back to the music. Best with ear pods or headphones.

I loved the relaxing music would love a slightly longer 15-20 min version. i didn’t care for the meow sounds they were more “irritating” for lack of a better word than relaxing for me and i needed full relaxation. thank you
