Welcome to day 17 of Soul Sustenance.

Affirmations or blessings are pure and powerful thoughts and words we create.

We can give blessings to ourself for any impression,

Habit or characteristic traits we want to change.

It can be for the health of our body,

For our relationships or our workplace.

Affirmations means creating a thought or words of what we want the reality to be even though it is not so at present.

Affirmations radiates energy and this vibration then creates the reality.

Affirmative thoughts will in turn positively influence the feelings and emotions,

Attitudes,

Expressions,

Words and actions of your entire being.

Let's begin our meditation.

Withdraw from any form of distraction and bring your focus on a tiny star shining in the center of your forehead.

Awaken the subconscious mind.

Become still.

Relax.

Tapping into the theta brainwave allow the mind to drift into a state of nothingness.

Submerge in complete silence.

I will inspire you with some affirmations as you listen to them.

Pick one or a few that resonates with you today.

Allow the thoughts,

Blessings or affirmations you choose to sink into your soul.

Here are some thoughts of love.

I am an overflowing source of good wishes.

I am compassionate and forgive others mistakes.

I am worthy and precious.

Seeing specialties in everyone.

Some thoughts of power.

I am a star of success.

I possess the all-powerful driving force of motivation.

I am victorious and overcome challenges that try to obstruct my path.

Some joyful thoughts.

I remain light and free.

Giving others the same experience.

I spread the wings of enthusiasm and fly high.

I smile and share happiness with all.

For good health.

I am a pure and radiant soul.

Every cell of my body is filled with love and happiness.

My body and mind is perfect and healthy.

To heal a relationship.

I am a loveful soul.

I appreciate and accept all my relationships.

I exchange love and positivity for one another.

To change anger.

I am a peaceful soul.

I express my opinion with dignity and self-respect.

Peace and patience is my nature.

I am understanding.

I welcome change in my life.

Choose to simply hold one or two thoughts from the list you heard.

Now feel these thoughts radiating into every cell of the body.

Visualize it manifesting into reality.

Continue to experience these affirmations.

Gently return your consciousness to the physical world.

Radiating your true being in all you do.
