
Day 17 - Blessings
When we slow down our brain rhythms and relax, without falling asleep, we are able to tap this powerful mind state. A sense of greater awareness and connectedness is experienced, and deep rejuvenation of the body and mind takes place. Here, we are able to experience true, unconditional love, which is not merely a warm fuzzy feeling, but rather a profound connection with all life everywhere.
