Ahhhh.

Just bringing all of our beautiful selves together at the center.

Your emotional self,

Your mental self,

Your spiritual etheric self,

And your physical self.

See it like a cowboy throwing his rope around all of yourselves and bringing you into the center.

The center of your being.

And in the center as this rope has brought all of yourselves together,

See it as this beautiful golden spiral of light.

Like fireworks,

Like sparklers coming out from the center of your being.

As you stand in your own light and feel the energy of lightness.

Give yourself this opening,

This invitation to relax every aspect of yourself so that you can feel the lightness of your being.

So as we relax our physical self,

Feeling this light emanating down from the crown of your head,

Lightening,

Softening,

Calming your entire skull and your face and your neck and your shoulders and your arms and your chest and your belly and your hips and your thighs and your knees and your calves and your ankles and your feet all the way down to your toes,

Wiggling your toes,

Letting them feel that sense of lightness and bringing your attention into your mental body and just lightening any heavy thoughts,

Allowing them to just soften and release.

And in your emotional body,

Any feelings of heaviness or negativity or any kind of a gritty emotion that you might have felt today,

Just acknowledge that you felt it and then just allow it to float away like a cloud.

And in the energy field of your etheric body,

That energy field of six feet around you and above you and below you,

This bubble of energy that you reside in,

Just feel the lightness,

The floating,

Effortless energy that you are living in.

This is your residency.

This is your energy home and just feel into the lightness,

The softness,

The relaxed energy that's all around you,

All above you,

All below you,

All as you.

Let's take a beautiful,

Sweet breath together.

Just anchor yourself in this field of light and just remind yourself,

This is your true home.

This is your true self.

This is the place that feels so alive for you.

Taking one more beautiful,

Sweet breath together with a sweet smile of gratitude and peace,

Love and joy.

And so it is.
