So I'm closing your eyes,
Allowing yourself to let go of the day and come into this space and just start to deepen the breath down into the belly.
I release that which is not mine to carry.
I am me and only me now.
Come back to the body,
Feel the body under you,
Slowing everything down,
Behind your eyes in this safe container,
Deepening the breath into the belly,
Allowing a little bit more love than you did before.
As we open up to anchoring in this new energetic we're creating here together,
I am powerful and loved at the same time.
I am calling on the help of spirit to assist us in this integration as we wire this energetic into our bodies.
And I'm going to ask you to ask your subconscious mind a moment in time,
And it could just be the moment you just had,
Like Nicole did,
Once you felt really big in your space.
It could have been a second from when you were younger,
You've kind of pushed out or from last week,
Maybe when you were in Ecuador,
Whenever,
You know,
Wherever we are,
When we felt powerful and we weren't unloved in that moment,
There was love present and there was power present in whatever way that is to us.
So we say subconscious mind,
Can you show me a moment in my life where both of these existed simultaneously?
I'm going to give you a quiet minute to see what pops into your mind.
And it might be hazy,
Might just be one moment.
And I want you just to notice this image as best as you can.
The brain doesn't know the difference between what's happening now and not.
And you notice the colors,
The textures.
Just bathe in the images that are here.
Noticing detail.
Just breathe and soften.
We're really doing great work with our brain here.
And as you notice these images of power and love at the same time,
I want you to notice what thoughts occur alongside it.
Maybe one thought,
Three thoughts.
It's nothing you have to do.
You're just simply noticing what thoughts are occurring when I sit with this image.
Good.
Just breathe.
Let this energy wash through your body.
With these thoughts and with these images,
This image,
What feeling or feelings are here?
Do I feel big,
Expansive,
Safe?
Just notice.
Just noticing.
Let this be easy.
What do you feel in your body?
With this image,
These thoughts of power and love at the same time.
And lastly,
I want you to notice that in this bath of images and feeling,
Or feelings,
That there's something that's here that you're not aware of.
Images and feelings and thoughts.
What sensation,
What positive,
Beautiful sensation arises in the body when we rest our mind here?
Maybe your shoulders relax.
Maybe there's a calmness,
Expansiveness,
An unraveling of a muscle.
I just want you to notice what sensation is in my body when I bathe in these thoughts,
Feelings,
And images of power and love at the same time.
Good.
And as best as you can,
From this space that we've just wired into your nervous system,
As you feel ready,
I invite you to open your eyes,
Pen to paper,
Fingers to keyboard,
And write from this future self anything your heart desires,
Of what it feels like to be powerful and loved at the same time.
