This meditation begins with settling by using a full breath through a slow body scan. Maitri meditation is using words of affirmation that travel on the current of the breath. We witness the breath softly at the belly and repeat on the current of the inhale or whatever feels natural. The exhale is to embody and feel the words. Then offer the words to ALL. Enjoy!
