Hello!
Welcome to this little meditation to just be present with yourself and give yourself a moment of love.
It can be right when you wake up,
It can be in the middle of the day,
Or before you go to sleep.
But just make sure that you're giving yourself that time to share gratitude with the thing that matters most,
Which is you.
So take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Breathing out through your mouth,
Letting it fall out gently.
And begin to close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so.
Taking another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And before you do anything else,
Just notice you're here.
You showed up.
That in and of itself is an act of care.
This meditation is called showing up for yourself.
So you clicked it for a reason,
And I'm really happy that you did.
Because so often we rush through the day.
We're helping,
We're fixing,
We're doing.
And we forget that we're someone who also deserves attention.
So right now,
Let this be a moment where you turn toward yourself.
Not to change anything,
Not to judge anything,
But to just listen,
To observe.
Taking another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Feeling the air moving in and out of your lungs.
Feeling the weight of your body supported beneath you,
Your heartbeat steady and loyal.
And how amazing that without effort,
Your body keeps choosing you.
Now imagine meeting yourself with that same loyalty.
Not the version of you that's striving or performing or needing to get somewhere or be someone else,
But the one that's simply here.
The one who's always been doing the best they can.
The one that chose to do this meditation.
And just while you breathe,
Say softly in your mind,
I am here for me.
I am allowed to rest inside my own presence.
I can love myself in progress,
Not perfection.
And breathe that in.
Let it settle.
Remember that creating a healthy relationship with yourself isn't about control.
It's about companionship.
And it's remembering that you are both the traveler and the home.
Taking one more deep breath in and letting it go slowly.
And as you return to wherever you are,
Carry the knowing that you belong to yourself.
And that is such a beautiful place to begin again.
Wishing you a wonderful day and a wonderful night.
And thank you for showing up for yourself.
