Welcome to this heart meditation for healing and connection.

Thank you so much for taking the time to be with yourself and share the love that your heart needs right now in a mindful and productive way.

So just take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

Maybe placing one hand or both on your heart,

And allow your eyes to gently close,

Taking a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely,

And out,

And as you exhale,

Releasing any tension in your body.

Taking another deep breath in,

And exhaling slowly.

One more time,

Breathe in deeply,

And exhale,

Letting go of everything that brought you here today,

And just being present.

Now I invite you to bring your attention to your heart space,

The center of your chest,

And try to imagine a warm golden light glowing softly in this area,

And with each breath,

See this light becoming brighter and warmer and expanding gently outward.

This is your heart's natural energy,

A source of love and healing within you.

And as you continue to breathe,

Focus on this light,

Picturing this warm light wrapping around your heart,

Cradling it with tenderness and care.

Whether you're healing from a heartbreak,

Or a loss,

Or maybe even distance from someone you love,

Or any emotional pain,

Imagine this light supporting you.

This light is here to support you.

And it reminds you that even in moments of pain,

Love and strength remain at your core.

Now gently bring to mind whatever is causing you heartache.

Maybe it's a person,

A situation,

Or just a general feeling of loneliness.

See it in front of you,

Without judgment,

Just as it is.

And as you observe,

Invite the warm golden light to surround this experience.

Notice how the light begins to soften the edges of your pain,

And how it starts to soothe the heaviness,

Taking deep breaths in and out.

And with each breath,

Feel the healing light growing stronger.

With each breath,

Know that your heart is resilient.

It has the capacity to heal,

To love again,

To expand and grow through these experiences.

Reminding yourself that you are whole,

Even when you feel broken.

Now silently repeat the following affirmations,

Either in your mind,

Or out loud.

I am worthy of love,

And I am worthy of healing.

I release the pain I am holding in my heart.

I trust in the process of healing,

And allow myself to feel peace.

I open my heart to love,

For myself and others,

Without fear.

Breathe these affirmations into your heart,

Letting them settle deeply within you.

And feel how your heart responds,

Perhaps with a softening or a gentle opening.

Allow yourself to feel whatever arises,

Whether it's relief,

Sadness,

Or calm.

Everything is welcome here.

Breathing in and out,

Focusing on your heart.

Take a few more moments with this golden light,

Knowing that it is always within you,

Available to you whenever you need it.

You are not alone in your healing.

You are so connected to a vast network of love and support,

Both within and around you.

And now that you feel at peace and present.

Whenever you're ready,

Start to bring your awareness back to the room,

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

And slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this sense of love and healing with you as you enter the space.

Know that your heart is strong,

And you are on a journey of growth and renewal.

Surrender and trust in your path.

Taking one last deep breath.

And as you exhale,

Let it be a release of anything you no longer need,

Anything that no longer serves you.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You are healing.
