Go ahead and rub your hands together and get some energy moving through them.
You can also squeeze and release,

And then place them on your heart and take a couple deep breaths,
Becoming present to yourself.
Notice if you're breathing with all of your abdomen.
See if you can relax your belly fully.
And take a nice long breath all the way down to the lower abdomen,
Feeling it expand.
And then exhale naturally.
Now take another inhale breath into your heart.
Hold the breath for just a moment to activate your heart.
And as you exhale,
Exhale down to your root chakra,
The base of your spine.
Breathe into the connection,
Becoming aware of your energy in your lower body.
Continue breathing and keeping your attention at your root chakra.
Imagine your connection with the energy underneath your physical body.
Feel that magnetic connection underneath you.
Or you can visualize sprouting roots of light,
Being connected to the earth.
Sense the magnetism between your physical body and the earth underneath you.
Now start to imagine that energy in your body in a geometric pattern,
Spreading out as far as the eye can see.
It can look like triangles,
Circles,
The flower of life,
Metatron's cube,
A Markaba,
Whatever you connect with.
As you tune in,
You may feel the energy move through the earth grid.
You may feel it in energy waves.
Start to connect to the high vibrational grid on the planet underneath you.
Breathe into that.
See if you can extend your light into the grid and out to your house,
Your neighborhood,
Your community,
Your city,
Your state,
Your country,
And all around the world.
See that flower of life or that geometric pattern that you're working with just growing,
Expanding,
And sparkling.

Pretending you're just a giant ray of light.
Moving back up those roots of light.

Breathe this earth energy all the way up,
All the way through the layers of the earth,
Through your feet,
Your root chakra,
And into your heart.
Pulling it in with your breath.
Feel the alchemy in your heart.
Know that you brought back a piece of the earth with you and now that remains in your heart.
Now inhale your awareness behind your eyes.
Turn your gaze inwards and upwards to that space between your eyebrows in the middle of your head.
Activating your third eye.
Activating your pineal gland.
Activating your intention.
Activating your intuition and turning on your ability to see beyond.
To see the truth of things.
For truth to be visible.
To see the unseen and receive messages.
Inhale up to your crown chakra at the top of your head.

Imagine wearing a crown of light.
You can imagine this crown of light is lighting up or you can imagine a flower blossoming.
You can imagine a tiny whirlwind of energy spinning on top of your head.
Whatever imagery and energy works best for you.
As you're activating your crown chakra,
You're also activating your ability to connect to the heavens.
To connect to your higher self.
And turning on your ability to receive divine downloads.
To be open and in the flow of receiving from your higher self and all the knowingness you need on your path.
From here I want you to push your awareness about six inches above your head.
You can use your breath to push your awareness up.
Staying in your own chakra pillar lane,
Imagine a brilliant glowing ball of energy directly overhead.
Like your own personal sun.
Know that your energy blueprint connects above you.
And so this is all of you.
All the way up and all the way down.
This point above your head is where you can connect to your higher self.
Now call her in.
Invite her into your space.
Give her permission to connect with you.
Your higher self and you are the same person.
The same energy.
Vibrating at different frequencies.
She is you.
And you are her.
You are always tethered to each other with love.
Invite her in and feel her love.
She is always guiding you.
She walks with you in every moment.
Always sending you signs and messages for your highest and greatest good.
It's your job to figure out the language that you both communicate in.
The energy language that you use to talk to each other.
Connect all your senses without judgment.
And notice what you notice.

Know that that's okay.
You're learning a new language and this is a practice.
