
Heart Centered Meditation
A guided grounding meditation to connect to the Earth and anchor into your heart to feel and expand a feeling of joy and inner peace. Tune into the body with awareness and breath to bring wholeness and wellbeing to your entire system.
Transcript
Close your eyes and just take a nice breath in.
Connecting,
Just being present to your body,
Being present to yourself.
We're gonna do what I like to call three heart breaths.
Take a nice inhale breath in and exhale.
You're weak so far.
Take a nice breath in again and exhale other people's energy and take a nice inhale breath again and exhale anything that is no longer serving you.
This can be conscious or unconscious,
Just set the intention that you are letting it go right now.
So we're gonna connect to the earth to help ground your energy in for today.
What I want you to do is to imagine an anchor of light in your heart right now and as you breathe,
As you exhale,
I want you to imagine that anchor of light moving down from your heart and down through your feet or your root chakra,
Whatever,
In a however position you are right now,
Moving that down through your root chakra if you're sitting,
Moving it down through your feet if you are standing and exhale.
Continue to exhale as this anchor of light descends through the floor,
Through the foundation of whatever building you're in,
Moving down through the dirt,
Through the foundation,
Moving down through the layers of limestone.
We're going all the way to the center of the planet here so allow that anchor of light to just continue to descend down,
Down,
Down through the layers of granite,
All the layers of water,
All the layers of the things in Middle Earth,
Continuing down,
Down,
Down to the center of the earth through the Crystal Kingdoms.
We are connecting to the very,
Very center of the earth here.
Don't forget to exhale and we are connecting to the center of the earth which,
If you don't know,
The earth has spirit about her,
Much like our human bodies house the spirit of our larger soul,
So too does the planet earth house the spirit of Gaia.
So we are connecting our light,
Our anchor of light all the way down to the center here.
So just using your breath and using your intention to have that land there now and what I really want you to tap into is this feeling of support and this feeling of love that emanates from the center of the earth,
That emanates from the heart of Gaia.
So you're connecting with her here,
Heart to heart,
Because your anchor of light is tethered to your heart and just really coming in and allowing the support and the love and the energy of the earth to support you.
You don't have to do it all by yourself.
There's so much unseen support that we always have access to and so allowing the energy from the center of the earth to percolate up your anchor and up through your chain of light,
Receiving that energy into your heart,
Receiving that love that is always here for you into your heart.
So breathe that in,
Allowing it to strengthen you.
You don't have to do anything,
You just have to be here with it and receive.
And notice what you notice,
If it's tingles on your feet or tingles in your root chakra or a little flutter in your heart or just feeling kind of warmer in general.
There are all different types of feelings that you can have right now as you're connected to the earth.
She also is offering you clarity and a sense of well-being,
Knowing that you're always,
You're always well,
You're always loved.
Just allowing that in.
So if you want,
You can leave your anchor of light here at the center of the earth,
Which your anchor of light is just an extension of your consciousness.
You can leave that here if you like as we travel back up our chain of light or you can bring it back up with you.
So keeping your eyes closed and your hands on your heart,
Breathe your anchor of light or just your awareness if you want,
Back up.
Okay,
So inhale,
Bringing that energy up,
Bringing all that love energy up.
It's coming back up your chain of light,
Back up through the crystals in the earth,
Back up through all the beings that live inside of the earth.
Breathing that through all the layers of rock and nature that are in the earth.
And finally it's hitting your feet or your root chakra and bringing that all the way into your heart center.
And holding it here,
Enjoying that,
Feeling that bundle of light and love and well-being and renewal and recalibration.
And exhale.
So now that we're back in our hearts,
I want you to think of something that sparks absolute joy for you.
What is it that you can just think of and immediately starts to give you a feeling of joy and happiness and expansion?
It can be a childhood memory,
It can be a pet,
It can be a favorite travel destination,
It can be a loved one,
A delicious meal,
It's gonna be anything that makes you feel giddy and expansive and light.
So take 10 seconds and really sink into that feeling.
Don't forget to breathe.
Inhale here,
Exhale.
Breathe into it.
Give the full weight of your attention into this thing that sparks joy for you.
Feel it infusing and recalibrating your entire heart right now.
And feeling the sense of peace inside your heart as well as safety,
Connection to your true self,
And beingness.
Because being in your heart,
This is your sovereign space.
You're doing a great job.
So we're gonna expand this light here from your heart.
I want you to imagine it illuminating all of your heart with sparkles of light.
And imagine this thing that brings you pure joy and happiness.
Allow yourself to lean into it even more.
Feel it in your heart and know that with each heartbeat,
It is infusing the rest of your body with the light of this joy.
So breathe through that and allow the light to breathe through your whole body.
So we're going to help to expand that light.
So take a nice breath in.
As you exhale,
Push your light out into your entire body,
Filling up your entire body with light.
All of your upper body,
All of your lower body,
Into your fingers,
Behind your eyes.
All the extremities.
And allowing yourself to feel more relaxed,
Allowing yourself to feel more peace.
And know that you can generate this from the inside out anytime.
So breathe into that,
Feeling your whole body light up.
And we're going to do that again.
So breathe in.
And exhale,
Breathing that light throughout every single cell,
Every single part of your body,
Your hair follicles,
Your toenails,
Your fingernails,
Your eyelashes,
The tips of your ears.
Just making sure that your whole body is vibrating with this light that you're bringing in from the inside of your heart.
So you get to do this with breath,
You get to do this with intention,
You get to do this with your imagination.
And know that you can't do this wrong.
So we're going to do this again.
We're going to inhale into your heart.
And we're going to expand your light to the outside of your body.
So exhale,
Moving that light outside of your body.
So we're going to do that again.
Nice big inhale in.
And exhale,
Push your light energy through all of your pores.
Imagine that this energy is able to shoot out two feet away from your body in every direction.
And do this again.
Inhale in.
And exhale,
Popping each one of your pores open,
Expanding your light around you so it creates an egg of light around you.
And around your physical body.
This too is your sacred space that you created from your heart energy.
And you can do this anytime.
So breathe into this higher frequency you created for yourself.
This is your love light.
This is internally generated love light that you push from the very spark of joy from your heart,
Through your body,
And out into the field around you.
You are always connected to this wherever you go.
You can create this whenever you need.
Know this is in your heart and know this is divine.
So enjoy this energy space that you created around yourself.
Take a nice couple breaths here.
Feeling supported,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling loved,
Feeling safe,
Feeling sovereign.
And knowing that you have a team of unseen support around you all the time.
And it's just a matter of tuning in and quieting yourself down,
Becoming still enough to receive the love and messages that they have for you,
Always.
Take a nice breath in again.
Exhale.
Great job.
Bring your awareness back into your body.
Coming back,
Finding yourself behind your eyes.
Breathing.
Feeling grounded again.
Take a moment and just kind of notice how you're feeling in your body.
Feeling a little bit brighter,
Feeling a little bit more grounded,
Feeling a little bit more like yourself.
And know that you can tap into this feeling anytime.
