Affirmations are a powerful practice to transform our disempowering beliefs into empowering beliefs.
I have used affirmations to allow me to overcome the hardest and most challenging times in my life.
I have also used this practice to encourage more positive thoughts about myself,
Increase body image and self-love.
To make these affirmations more potent,
Stand in front of a mirror and repeat them out loud to yourself.
It is important to listen to this as often as you can in order for these affirmations to sink into the subconscious mind and replace negative belief systems.
I recommend earphones for this practice.
Let's begin.
Please exhale everything out of your body.
Take a slow inhale breath,
Allowing yourself to have an open mind for this practice.
And as you exhale,
Release any judgement.
Repeat after me and your mind are out loud.
I am kind.
I am compassionate.
I have a good heart.
I recognize how valuable I am.
I surround myself with people who see my worth.
I honor myself,
My time and my energy.
I accept the person that I am and the person that I am becoming.
I love the person that I am and the person that I am becoming.
As I learn more about myself each and every day,
I begin to love myself more.
I am strong.
I am intelligent.
I am powerful.
I am resilient.
I can overcome anything.
I am courageous.
I am brave.
I am fearless.
I accept my imperfections as quirks,
As these quirks make me unique.
I am open to feeling love.
I am worthy of the purest form of love.
I am lovable exactly as I am.
I choose to love myself as much as I love others.
I embrace who I am.
I love and accept all versions of myself.
I have a kind and courageous heart.
I release comparisons as comparison is the thief of my joy.
I allow myself to be happy now.
I am worthy of living a good life.
I am worthy of the love I desire.
I only need validation from me.
I am proud of myself.
I am proud of all that I have accomplished.
I am proud of the person I have grown up to be.
My younger self would be proud of who I am today.
I choose to be happy with myself.
Today,
I choose to love myself.
Today,
I choose to love my body.
I see the beauty in my body.
My body is beautiful for what it can do.
My body is strong.
My body is my temple and I nourish it with good,
Healthy food choices.
My body is my temple and I listen to what it needs.
My body is my temple and I only say nice things about it.
I am as deserving as anyone else to have good things.
I am a positive role model for others.
I am an incredible person with much to offer the world.
I follow my own heart and honor its desires.
I am loved by others.
I am surrounded by people that love me for me.
I am loved completely for the person that I am.
By being myself,
I bring happiness to other people.
I can see the great value I bring to the world.
Self-care is a priority to me.
I am a strong and beautiful person.
I am understood,
Valued,
And important.
I have the self-confidence to take the steps I need to take.
I am fearless because I know I have the strength to conquer anything.
I am worthy of love and joy.
I am fun and people love to be around me.
My energy is infectious.
People love to be around me because I am completely myself.
I am seen.
I am heard.
I am loved.
Inhale all of the self-love you have created here today.
Bring it into the body.
And exhale,
Release,
Grounding down into this feeling of love.
My name is Jane Montana and I hope you feel the love because I know I do.
Please continue with this practice.
Until next time,
Thank you,
Thank you.
