How those words land within you.
Maybe they are easily received.
Maybe parts of you can welcome in the knowing,
Almost like a gentle breeze.
Or maybe there is a resistance.
Or a pulling away,
Or down,
Or in.
Maybe it's a slight mistrust,
Asking to be tended to.
With a gentleness,
Like a warm blanket.
That can wrap you with a sweetness.
With an acknowledgement.
Holding you with open arms.
Open arms that you can melt right into.
Arms that let you know that you are more than enough.
More than enough.
Notice how your body has a whisper of a melting right upon the skin.
Slowing.
Opening.
Melting.
Expanding into you.
Expanding into your beauty.
Expanding into your ever-present grace that moves across landscapes with a loving embrace.
You are more than enough.
More than enough.
The words begin to echo right through you.
Awakening a chant of compassion that starts right within your heart.
And as you stay with this opening,
This expansion,
This compassion,
It begins to reverberate a tune of wisdom,
A tune of effortless strength that is all of you.
You are more than enough.

You are the gentle rain on a sun-swept,
Clear day.
You are the expansive horizon of possibilities that welcome in your gifts with a freedom that arrives with just being you.
Just being your breath.
Just being your heart.
Just being the joy that you are.
The courage that you are.
