Notice the air.

The wind.

The ground.

The earth.

Take a moment.

Pause.

Maybe gaze towards the horizon.

Take a moment.

To land into the space.

To land into you.

To land onto this earth.

Take a moment to land just as you are.

Take a moment.

Opening.

Softening.

Landing into awareness.

And awareness of the land.

And awareness of the space around you.

Awareness of the gifts.

Awareness of the seeds that this land sweetly offers you.

Rest the feet onto this earth.

Resting your heart.

Resting your breath.

Staying right into this moment.

This land.

This wisdom.

Landing full of gratitude.

Full of curiosity.

Full of respect.

Take a moment to pause.

To rest.

I love this one! Jacquie’s voice with her words transported me, soothed me and grounded me. So much for such a short meditation! Highly recommend for when you only have a minute and want to make them count.
