Welcome to this Sacral Chakra meditation to support your business success.
This meditation in standing to allow the energy to flow through the Sacral Chakra.
But if you can't stand right now that is fine.
If you are standing put your feet about hip width apart and just begin by rotating your pelvis.
Now you might like to move it round and round,
You might like to weave it in a figure eight or do more pelvic tilting.
Anything to allow the flow of energy through that lower abdominal area.
Then while you're moving take your focus down to your feet chakras on the balls of your feet.
Open them wide and invite the earth energy to flow up through your legs and into that sacral area.
And then you grow your roots down into the earth connecting with her more deeply from your feet growing down deep taking them wide.
Feeling that flow of energy come up through the roots into your body and into your sacral chakra area.
Then take a deep breath in,
Fill your lungs,
Breathing out,
Taking another deep breath in,
Receiving that breath in,
Take it through your body and when you're ready to release,
Release out through your feet chakras,
Send your breath down into the earth.
And with your next in breath draw up the earth energy,
Bring it up through your body and when you're ready to breathe out,
Breathe out through your crown.
You might even like to move your arms with it pushing up and out,
Sending your breath up out to the cosmos and then circling them around.
Imagine that energy coming back down,
Back into the earth,
Through the roots and then coming up through and into your body to your sacral and then leave your hands on your sacral chakra area and focus on that beautiful movement in your sacral chakra.
That energy is flowing through you,
Continuously flowing through but right now you're just putting a focus on the sacral.
Imagine that energy passing through the sacral and how it energizes the sacral chakra,
Almost like it's coming up from the earth,
It's coming through,
It's coming to the sacral and it just momentarily stops there.
It leaves whatever little seeds of creation are required in your sacral chakra and then it continues to flow.
For just a moment it stops,
It stops in the Yin space enabling you to tune in to whatever that gift is that that energy has for you.
Now imagine that out of your hand chakras,
There's a certain frequency of vibration,
It's like a healing vibration that's coming out of your hand chakras and going into the sacral chakra.
Your hands are sending in a heart-centered energy that's helping to transmute the stories in the sacral chakra that are stopping you from really shining your attraction energy,
That are stopping you from allowing more joy and play and fun and spontaneity into your life.
We all have stories around that,
We all have cultural conditioning around that.
This life,
It's serious stuff,
This business is serious stuff.
We carry so many stories around that.
So the energy coming from your hands into your sacral is healing that,
Healing stories about not being creative,
Not being attractive,
Stories around limitation,
Stories around fearing the Yin,
Fearing the winter,
The in-breath,
The still part of the cycle.
And as your hands send this energy into your sacral,
The movement of your hips is assisting the transmuting of these old stories.
You don't require them anymore.
You are ready for flow,
Life and business.
You are ready for more play,
More fun,
Less control and more spontaneity.
You are ready to attract in those people who make your heart sing as clients,
As support people,
As your tribe,
Your biz buddies.
You don't want the stories that limit that anymore.
So your hand chakras are assisting this transmuting.
Receive this energy that I'm about to speak in with it.
So imagine what I'm saying is going straight into your sacral chakra and it's assisting the transmuting of these old paradigm stories.
Now relax your hands down,
Put them down by your side.
And as you stand there,
Aware of the spaciousness of your sacral,
Imagine that there is a rainbow passing through you and around you.
And as you receive the energy,
The orange of the rainbow focuses into the sacral area.
And as this energy fills your sacral chakra,
It brings through the purest vibration of joy,
Play,
Of abundance,
Of attraction,
Creativity.
Absorb the beautiful vibration of the rainbow's orange energy.
Notice how the light,
The orange light is radiating strongly as your chakra fills with the frequency of the orange.
And as it fills,
You can feel the magnetism of the chakra receiving,
Drawing in the people,
The experiences,
The resources,
The flow of abundance.
Feel how this awakens your sensual energy,
Making you more magnetic to those people who are truly aligned with you energetically.
Just take one deep breath,
Taking the last of this orange energy from the rainbow.
As you breathe out,
Rainbow draws away.
Then take your focus down to your feet chakras,
Where the earth energy moves through you.
So you start to move your feet and legs.
Move those hips a little bit more to bring you into your body.
Move your spine,
Your arms and hands.
And when you're ready,
Come back into your space.
