Business Chakra Clearing For The End Of A Cycle

This visualisation is for use at the end of a cycle to clear the chakras of you and your business. It could be a natural cycle, calendar cycle, or when something is changing in your biz and you want to clear the slate for the next chapter. It is a powerful journey through the chakras and is suitable for entrepreneurs at any stage of their business.

Transcript

This meditation is designed to be used at the end of a cycle.

That cycle could be the end of a season around the equinox or solstice,

A moon cycle,

A month,

A quarter or a year.

It could even be when your business is undergoing a change.

Whatever period of time is important and relevant for you to do a clearing of your business energy.

To begin,

Find a comfortable position.

You can be lying,

Sitting or standing,

Indoors or outdoors,

As long as it's somewhere you feel nurtured and you feel supported so that you can release easily.

Now imagine that you have a root system growing out of your feet chakras on the balls of your feet or out of your tailbone,

Your base chakra,

Whichever you prefer.

And that root system is going deep into the earth,

Right to the heart of Mother Earth.

And it's going wide,

As wide as you want it to go,

So that you feel held by this root system.

Make it as big as you need to,

As long as you feel held and you feel supported by your root system.

Once you feel that's in place,

Take a deep breath in,

Expanding your ribcage and then breathe out with a sense of releasing.

Then breathe in again,

Taking that breath through your body to your fingertips and down to your toes.

And when you're ready to breathe out,

Breathe out through that root system,

Releasing your breath into the earth.

On your next in breath,

Breathe in the earth energy,

Bring it up,

Bring it through the root system,

Through your body,

Hold your breath to allow that earth energy to be absorbed into your body.

Then when you're ready,

Breathe out through your crown,

Releasing your breath up to the cosmos and then feeling that energy cycle back down into the earth,

Back up through the root system,

Back through you.

All one cycle,

A cycle of receiving,

A cycle of giving,

Always a cycle,

Always in flow.

Relax your body.

Any parts of your body that feel a little tense,

Relax them.

So that they don't block this flow of energy,

This cycle of energy moving through you.

Allow the full flow of this energy through you.

Now invite your business to come in and join you.

Imagine it moving towards you until it's right opposite you.

It can show up in any form that it chooses today.

So you may have an awareness of visually how it looks for you today or you may just sense its presence.

Imagine it has the same type of root system that you have and the cycle of energy is also moving through it,

Up from the earth,

Through your business entity,

Out through its crown,

Up to the cosmos and circling back around again.

You and your business surrendering to the flow.

Now imagine a bridge of energy connecting your heart with your business's heart.

This bridge can look however you like.

It might look like a rainbow bridge,

It might be green the color of the heart or pink the color of the higher heart,

It may be a golden bridge.

However it looks for you,

It's your link connecting you with your business right now in this moment through the heart chakra.

Feel your heart open up as you connect in this way with your business.

Also be aware that below the earth some of your roots may be touching your business's roots.

Maybe they're even wrapping around each other a little like they're holding hands,

Connecting you deep at the earth level,

At the very physical level.

And now bring into your awareness the cycle that you've come to the end of.

Be with the end of this cycle at this completion point and allow images,

Events,

People from that cycle to just move through your mind.

No effort,

Just think of the cycle.

Think of the time frame of that cycle and allow whatever arises.

They could be quite neutral events or people passing through your mind.

They could be incredibly significant,

They could be really joyful or it could be challenging.

Just allow whatever arises.

It's very likely that whatever came to your mind is being held in your energy body or held in your business's energy body to be released.

We're going to go through each chakra in the energy body of you and your business and clear whatever that chakra is holding from this last cycle that will not serve you and your business in moving forward into the next cycle.

Since this clearing is going to happen in your energy body and your business's energy body,

It's up to you whether you want to focus on both or just focus on your own,

Knowing it's also happening with your business.

Begin by focusing on your feet chakras,

On the balls of your feet.

And this is where your business entity also touches the earth.

Its feet chakras are where its aura sits on the earth.

It's a very powerful physical energy coming up from the earth,

Moving through the roots and into your feet chakras.

Imagine that this energy is moving through those chakras.

You might feel and come alive as you do this.

You may even feel some tingling or heat in your feet chakras on the soles of your feet.

This energy coming up from the earth looks very dark to me,

So you might also see it as a black or a brown energy that's coming up and it's really clearing out your feet chakras.

It's clearing out any resistance to your connection to the earth.

It's clearing out what is blocking you from walking your path on the earth right now for this cycle.

It's clearing that out so that your feet are more connected to the earth for this next cycle so that the pathway ahead is easier.

The steps you need to take on this path,

The steps that you'll be guided to take on this path will be clearer.

Open your feet chakras.

Let this energy clear them out and see the old energy fall back into the earth to be transmuted.

And now see a red energy coming up through the root system and coming up into your base or your root chakra in your coccyx area.

See this red energy come up or feel it come up,

Feel it move through the area of the base chakra.

You might see it as a swirling energy,

You might feel it pounding,

However it shows up for you and your base.

Allow it to do whatever it wants to do to clear out your base chakra,

To clear out your feelings of insecurity,

Your fears of not being supported throughout this cycle,

Your fears around money,

Your fears around not being taken care of.

Let it all clear out.

While your base chakra clears any of these memories,

Any of these stories,

The base chakra of your business is also being cleared.

This is your most physical of the seven main chakras.

So release any fears around not being supported physically on the earth plane in your earthly existence through your business.

Take one deep breath in and bring that red energy in for a final clear out.

And as you breathe out,

Open up that tailbone area and let it go.

Now bring the orange energy of the sacral chakra up through that root system.

Bring it up into the sacral chakra in the lower abdomen.

Again,

You might see it pulsing,

You might see it swirling,

However it wants to move to clear out your sacral chakra.

You might even find yourself moving this sacral area to help the clearing.

Clearing out energy around old relationships,

Around blocked creativity,

Around a lack of joy or spontaneity in your life and business,

Around an ability to really connect with the abundance of the earth or with the cycles of the earth.

All the stories that are blocking that,

Let the orange energy move through and as it moves through,

It takes that old energy you're releasing down into the earth.

And the same is happening with your business entity.

And now take a deep breath,

Bringing one last lot of orange energy up into the sacral area.

Let it swirl or pulse or whatever it's doing and then breathe it out,

Let it go.

And then see a yellow golden energy coming up from the earth through the root system and into your solar plexus.

Feel it filling that upper abdominal area,

Clearing out as you let go of anything from the last cycle to do with your solar plexus energy,

To do with being disempowered.

The times you weren't strong with your boundaries,

Boundaries with clients,

Boundaries with your business,

Clearing out the times you've compared your business to others,

That you haven't allowed it to be true to its identity or you not being true to your identity.

The times you didn't believe in yourself,

Didn't honor yourself,

That you were afraid to show up as yourself,

All of these stories.

Let this yellow energy move it on back down through the root system into the earth for her to transmute.

Then take a final deep breath in,

Bringing it up into your solar plexus.

And on the exhalation,

Let it go.

Surrender these memories and beliefs to the earth.

And then see a green energy coming up through the root system and into your heart,

Moving around the heart chakra,

Knowing that at the same time it's happening with your business.

Relax your heart area.

Relax the back of your heart chakra.

As this energy moves through,

Allow it to remove anything that has caused your heart to close in this cycle.

Perhaps it's your resistance to receiving or your tendency to over-give.

Perhaps it's the parts of yourself that you are still hiding,

That you haven't claimed and so are not showing to the world.

Perhaps there's some disappointment or hurt there.

It may have happened in a personal relationship or maybe a business relationship with a client or mentor.

Let this green energy clear out any pain in the heart.

Then take a deep breath in,

Draw the energy up through you into the heart.

Let it clear as you hold the breath and as you breathe out,

Let go.

Let all the resistance that's gathered in your heart from this last cycle go into the earth to be transmuted.

And then imagine a blue energy moving up from the root system through your body and up into the throat chakra.

Move this energy around your throat.

You might even like to yawn or sound or sigh as this energy moves through.

Whatever you need to let go of from this last cycle that stopped you from speaking your truth,

That stopped you from sharing your authentic voice,

That stopped you from stating your boundaries,

An energy of perfectionism perhaps or judgment.

Clear it out.

Let it go.

Let this blue energy move it out.

It could even be the energy of not listening,

Not listening to your intuition,

Not listening to your business,

Not fully listening to what others need from you,

To what they're asking of you.

Clear out this energy.

Let it go down into the earth.

Take a deep breath in.

Bring one more strong influx of this energy up into your throat chakra.

Feel the blue swirling around,

Moving,

Clearing and then breathe out.

Let it go into the earth to allow your true strong empowered voice to emerge for this next cycle.

And then see the indigo energy coming up through the root system,

Through your body and into the third eye.

Feel it move through the third eye.

As it moves through,

It releases any limitation of your vision that you've had,

Any fear around believing in a vision or fear around allowing yourself to even have a big vision,

Resistance to taking steps to get to that vision,

Not breaking that vision up into smaller goals that you can do to help you achieve your vision.

Clearing out any stories,

Any blocks,

Any memories that prevent you listening to your intuitive voice.

Resistance to listening to what your intuitive voice is telling you is right for you in your life and in your business.

Let go of all of that resistance.

Bring up that indigo energy one more time with a deep breath,

Moving it through your third eye and on the out breath,

Let it go down through the root system and into the earth.

And then bring up the violet energy up from the earth up and into your crown chakra.

At the same time,

There's a white light coming down from your soul into the crown chakra.

The violet from the earth and the white from the soul is meeting in your crown.

The same thing is happening in your business's crown.

It's connecting you to your blueprint.

It's connecting your business to its blueprint,

To the biggest possible picture of your life,

To the deeper meaning of your business's purpose.

And as this energy moves in,

It clears out the stories that stop you connecting to that.

The fear you feel of connecting to your greatness,

Of being in your greatness,

The fear of being fully connected to everything and everybody,

To seeing the truth of everything and everybody.

Seeing beyond what irks you in someone,

What triggers you,

Seeing beyond that and seeing the connection,

Feeling the connection and whatever is blocking you from feeling that pure connection with your business,

Whatever is blocking you from communicating with your business,

This energy is clearing out.

This light is clearing out.

Let it go.

Let it go down through your body,

Through the root system and into the earth.

Then take one final deep breath.

Bring it up into the crown from below and down from above.

Let it move through the crown.

The soul and earth energies clearing,

Feel your crown expand and open you to all of who you are as the resistance to that is cleared out.

On the out breath,

Breathe out down through the root system and let that go.

Now become aware of your aura and it's sitting next to your business' aura.

They're separate but they're touching and as you tune into your aura and your business' aura,

You might sense some chords.

Perhaps they're chords to clients or people you've worked with.

They might be chords to mentors or coaches.

There's been an exchange with that person or with those people but for some reason that exchange hasn't been completed.

It hasn't been let go of even though externally the relationship appears to have been completed.

Has this occurred in this past cycle?

Cycle may pop into your mind and you think,

Oh yeah,

I have a chord there.

And even if nothing comes to mind,

Know that there are some chords to incidents or people that have happened in this last cycle that may hold you back from moving forward.

Now imagine you've got this magnificent big golden knife or it might be a sword or a pair of scissors,

Whatever you want,

And you're just swiping that down over your aura,

Over your business' aura,

Cutting those chords,

Letting them go,

Leaving them in the cycle that's just been.

As you do this,

Say,

Go.

I'm not taking you forward into this next cycle.

Thank you,

But you can go now.

And now bring the violet flame through your aura and your business' aura and it's clearing out the remnants of any chords you've cut.

It's clearing out any last bits of energy that you've released from each of those chakras,

Leaving the most beautiful,

Pristine environment for the next cycle.

And now put your focus back on your business and thank it for going through this clearing process with you.

Send your love and recognition to it.

See it's solar plexus light up as it receives your acknowledgement.

And finally,

Thank Mother Earth.

She's holding you.

She's guiding you in your physical journey.

She's constantly communicating with you.

Send your love to her heart and then feel her response move through your body,

The unconditional love of the mother.

And as it moves through your body,

Honor your body,

Begin to move it,

Recognize it,

Love it.

Be aware of your physicality.

And as you do this,

Let yourself drop back into your body,

Becoming more grounded.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and come back into the present moment.
