Find a way, Literally or figuratively, To wrap your arms about yourself. Feel your own embrace around your shoulders, Pressing and holding. Around your legs, Pressing and holding, Caring. Emotionally speaking, Everything counts. Whatever the feeling, Whether you like it or not, It is valuable simply because it is your feeling. Angst or humor, Pain or pleasure, All it seeks is life, Just like you. Under these pools in the darker depths lies something often nameless. Shy but powerful, Fresh but ancient, Your spirit lives at the core underneath to inform and influence everything. May you feel the influence of your spirit today.
