Part 6/7 Visionary Insight & Partnering With The Mystery

Hello,

This is Jacqueline Urban Luna with Urban Luna Coaching.

Thank you so much for joining us again for part six of our seven part series extracted from my book,

Your Body and Its Natural Eros.

And today we are talking about your wisdom,

Your visionary wisdom of your third eye chakra,

The wisdom center of visionary insight.

And this is a very powerful center to develop your skill at co-creating your life,

Co-creating the money and intimacy that you would love to be experiencing,

The money that you would love to be experiencing in your finances,

The intimacy,

Fulfillment you would love to be experiencing in your relationship.

And if there's one thing,

One message about this wisdom center is that it's an opportunity to allow grace with a capital G and the benevolence of the universe,

Source,

A great spirit,

God,

Goddess,

Whatever your word is for a higher power to really create miracles in your life and love on you and bless you with the sight and the vision that supports you in creating the results that you would love to have in your life.

And there's a way that we forget on this human plane.

There's a way that we forget that we get to co-create and we end up feeling like we have the world on our shoulders and it's up to us to create what we want solely.

And this is a very sad thing when that happens because that's a lot of heavy pressure and it causes a lot of suffering to operate as if you're the only one who can create what you'd love in your life.

And so there's really an opportunity here to develop your faith and to soften and to receive blessings from the invisible world,

To partner with the mystery of life and to do so in a way that's really a lifestyle.

It's really becomes part of you,

This relationship with spirit to co-create and spirit will give you all sorts of messages through your visionary insight,

This wisdom center,

Your third chakra.

In this visionary insight,

They're often called clair,

The clair gifts.

And so for some people they come in these messages through visual images.

Some people receive a lot of messages in their dream time particularly or simply in meditation receiving these downloads.

There could be words,

It could be that you're actually hearing messages with a voice that feels like it's in the room with you or just simply a knowing,

Like receiving a knowing message.

And when we cultivate the beauty of these gifts,

We all have access to these clair gifts,

These gifts of visionary insight and some come more naturally and we can amplify those and we can develop the other clair gifts if we feel called to,

There's no obligation.

But there are ways to communicate with the spirit world.

And we do so to allow grace and benevolence to work in our lives and to know that we are in fact co-creating our lives and we don't have to bear some burden of soul creation that is really,

That can be a common shadow for many humans and can cause a lot of undue suffering.

So what I want to talk about is if the importance of this because if you don't know how to listen and engage artfully with your visionary insight,

If you don't really know how to lean back and soften your grip and what you want to create in life,

Then it's harder to hear the messages that spirit has for us because fear and control and not trusting that life has your back will cloud your listening and your sight and your ability to receive these messages,

These visionary insightful messages.

And so learning to,

If you don't know how to really connect with this wisdom center,

You're leaving yourself vulnerable to a compounding experience of a fear or,

Oh,

I'm forgetting the mythological character right now who feels like he,

Well Atlas is one,

But I'm thinking of another one where he feels like he bears the weight of the world on his shoulders,

Right?

There's this feeling of fear and fatigue and there could be even hopelessness.

When we bear too much weight,

That's really,

We're not meant to bear that much weight.

We're not designed to be here to solely make everything happen and suffer,

Right?

There's a,

At least I choose to believe that there's a benevolence that really wants to support and work through us.

And that's how we receive those visionary messages to support us.

It's meant to inspire us and to have us move.

It's yeah,

Moving inspiration,

Creativity,

Love,

Service through our bodies,

Through our actions,

Through these messages we receive on how to create the a hundred thousand dollars we want for the year or how to create the next level of intimacy or passion we desire in our relationships.

Not as a place to get to,

Right?

Like that it's not a place that we're lacking or that we don't have.

It's a place to remember that the a hundred thousand dollars in the deep,

The next level in relationship is something that's already here.

If it is,

You know,

The truest,

Deepest desire for us on our soul path,

Which again,

Harkens back to the wisdom of the root chakra and being able to connect to the deepest truth and your deepest desires.

And so we'll receive,

We'll feel the visceral feeling of our deepest desires in our body,

You know,

Ranging from really significant life shifts to less significant.

Sometimes if we need more direction,

We can always ask for messages through this third eye chakra,

Right?

We can,

We can ask like,

I need,

I need more insight.

I need more clarity.

Or sometimes,

You know,

We really grip to needing clarity or understanding.

And sometimes the lesson for us is to actually partner with the mystery and partner with with what feels like blind faith.

Like this is the desire that feels true for me.

This is the action that I'm feeling the impulse,

The visionary insight I'm receiving to take.

And I don't have a lot of clarity more than that,

Right?

All I know is this desire and this action,

And it doesn't even make sense.

Or I don't get how this action is really going to lead to this result of a hundred thousand dollars or the next level in my relationship.

It might even feel counterintuitive.

And those are beautiful opportunities to partner with the mystery and partner with,

Partner with the confusion,

Partner with lack of clarity,

Right?

And there's,

This isn't talked about a lot.

You know,

We talk about,

Oftentimes people are looking for visionary insight and support with psychic professionals to get clarity and that there is a time and place for that.

And there can be a kind of a compulsion to receive clarity because we don't know how to embrace being with the mystery.

We don't know how to embrace partnering with confusion or lack of clarity or uncertainty or things that don't make sense,

Right?

So sometimes the lesson is to literally just feel the desire,

Receive the message and take an action and let it unfold and trust that life is working for you always.

And sometimes,

You know,

We ask for clarity and that's okay too.

So just notice the place that you're coming from,

The state of being or state of mind,

State of your nervous system when you're asking for clarity,

Whether it's you're asking directly to the spirit world or going through a psychic intermediary,

Intermediary is the come from place,

A place of gripping and fear.

And like,

If I don't have clarity,

Then I'm going to die or I'm going to be lost or I'm going to fail or I'll be broken or like,

I'll never get what I want.

Like that kind of scarcity,

Gripping fear.

Or is it more like I would love some,

If like the open hearted feeling and free feeling of I would just love some clarity.

And I trust,

Like I don't even need the clarity.

That's really how you know,

Like I would love some clarity,

But I don't need it.

I am happy to partner with what life provides for me.

I'm happy to ask for more clarity,

But not because I need it.

So that's a valuable place for you to look.

So I encourage you to do that right now.

Where do you,

Where do you grip on to needing clarity instead of partnering with a mystery as you embark on creating a life that you love.

Oftentimes that's going to require us or ask us to step into new identities,

New ways of being that feel foreign and challenge our ego and sense of quote unquote safety to our ego.

Right?

It might feel threatening.

It might feel like ego deaths,

Right?

So the opportunity with developing our visionary insight is oftentimes,

Um,

There's like a kind of obedience and humility and faith required to be willing to loosen our grip on preferences or timelines,

Um,

Or,

Or how we think things should go or what makes sense or needing clarity,

All these pieces.

And instead say,

What's the next step right for me right now.

And you know,

Is this the deepest desire?

Is this what really wants to move through my life?

And,

You know,

Checking back with that root chakra,

Checking back with the,

You know,

What's the deepest truth with the root chakra and noticing is that am I either concept compensatory desires coming in here from,

Um,

From where I'm feeling malnourished in my life or,

Um,

Compensatory desires for like,

You know,

Wanting to belong.

And so I'm,

I'm actually,

Um,

Denying the deeper truth here or whatever,

You know,

You can go back to the root chakra audio and check in with,

With those nuances.

Um,

There's also an opportunity to go back and check in with the second chakra is this,

What season am I being called into right now?

So again,

We talked about how divine timing is now,

Like if the desire is true,

Um,

Then,

Then the timing is now,

And then there's just like,

There's,

Um,

There's a season to the now.

That's essentially it.

So there's never waiting,

Right?

The seasons aren't waiting,

But they're,

They have a certain energy quality that they're inviting you into as you create and allow yourself to have the a hundred thousand dollars at the next level in your relationship.

There's a quality of,

Um,

This is what,

This is what we're painting with as we,

As we co-create together,

Spears asking you to co-create with the season that you're in to allow yourself to receive what you love.

Um,

Same with checking in with a third chakra.

Um,

Am I willing to do whatever it takes in the name of love?

Right?

Am I willing to,

To confront those ego deaths?

Am I willing to love and feel that much?

Am I willing to be a stand for what I would love to create in the world,

Even if it feels like it rocks the boat or threatens,

You know,

My ego or threatens other people that I,

You know,

Typically and people pleasing or whatever that looks like for you.

Right.

And then moving into the heart center,

Like what,

What emotions are there to alchemize?

What fears there to alchemize?

What needs to be,

Uh,

What mere material needs to be felt that,

You know,

Our old expired,

Um,

Emotional patterns or our habits,

What,

What's ready to be alchemized and transformed,

Um,

So that I become only more of who I am.

And so these are really brilliant questions to ask inside of this third chakra or I'm sorry,

Third eye,

Uh,

Wisdom center of our visionary insight is what is the next right step for me right now?

You know,

Checking in with all these other chakras,

I'm doing the work,

I'm feeling into the deepest truth,

I'm feeling into the season,

I'm feeling into my willingness,

My willpower,

I'm feeling into my,

Um,

My ability to hold paradox and of the heart chakra and my ability to be,

You know,

Transform and work,

You know,

Feel what there is to feel and alchemize,

What needs to be alchemized.

And so what's the next right step for me right now?

Show me,

Show me,

Show me,

Show me,

Um,

And then listen.

And if it says this is all you need to know right now,

Partner with that.

If it gives you tons of clarity,

Great.

If it doesn't,

Great either way.

Can you trust,

Can you trust that life has your back?

And that's really the question of the third eye chakra,

The,

This center of visionary insight.

Right?

So if you don't know how to listen,

Engage with your visionary insight center,

This kind of wisdom,

Then you're missing out on this profound peace,

Right?

This profound peace that life has got my back.

I don't have to prove or try so hard or earn or suffer by carrying the world on my shoulders or being the sole executor of what I would love to create.

You're missing out on rapid upgrades and like beautiful revelations that will have your heart cracking open and feeling so much gratitude and blessing pour into your life.

If you're not experiencing that fairly regularly,

Then I have to have you look.

Why is that?

Where are you blocking life from loving on you?

These are good questions.

So just look.

And so lastly,

As we finish this inquiry,

I'd love for you to look in your life for whatever you'd love to create with,

You know,

With your finances,

With your love life.

Like I said,

You can go through and check all the other wisdom centers that we've talked about in this series so far.

And what I'll say is that the third eye really brings the messages of your higher self.

Not like in a hierarchical sense,

But the like your soul path.

And sometimes we can forget our soul's truth when we hear so many different voices and desires and they're all beautiful and invalid.

You know,

The range of desires that our being holds as a human and spiritual being on this journey.

And I suggest that the voice that is always working for the highest good of all is the higher that of the higher self.

And so my invitation is to tune in when you ask,

What's the next right step for me and creating what I would love?

You may hear,

You know,

A message or see a message.

However you receive your visionary insight,

You might hear,

Yes,

This is like,

This is the step and,

You know,

Receive some details for you to,

For you to direct your energy here,

Put your energy here and keep doing what you're doing.

Right.

Or you might hear like,

Keep doing what you're doing and you might receive a message to pay attention to some particular healing you need to do or some particular faith building that needs tending to or a big transformation.

And this is essentially speaking to the energetic seasons,

Right?

So this third insight may point you back to remember what season you're in,

Right?

And connect you back to what the,

You know,

Surrendering to the season that you're in and finding pleasure in that season that you're in,

Right?

Because the second check was about pleasure too and being where we are and finding the joy in it.

You may also hear the message,

No,

This is not for you to send your energy towards right now.

Right?

And it's not in alignment for the highest evolution of your soul.

This isn't,

And there's free will,

Right?

So that being said,

If you really feel called to move in a different direction,

I always believe that however we choose to live our lives is in the highest evolution of our soul.

Right?

But the spirit might be wanting to guide you like that might be the longer way.

There might be some more suffering there.

You might be,

You know,

Forgetting who you are for a little bit,

But if that's part of your path,

Then so be it.

Right?

But the spirit's wanting to guide you on a path that,

You know,

If possible can include less suffering,

Right?

Yeah.

So since the universe actually knows more of what is for our soul's highest evolution,

Sometimes we can forget,

Right,

On this human journey.

We can check in with the universe,

With our higher self,

With the spirit self,

And really,

You know,

Check in with those other wisdom centers and allow this visionary insight to lovingly inform the other centers as well.

Right?

To refine and,

Yeah,

Refine is the word,

To really refine the wisdom of the other chakras,

The other wisdom centers,

Because it's really the purest voice of your soul.

So that's the last question,

Is when you tune in,

What do you hear?

Do you really trust that the universe has your back?

Some people ask me,

You know,

What if I receive a different message from my soul than I was actually getting from maybe my heart or my root chakra?

And that's a really good question,

So that would be a good place to go into inquiry.

Like what,

Where is the answer really coming from in your root chakra or your heart?

Is the heart coming from a wounded place that needs some attention,

Something like inner child healing,

If your heart is wanting something different than what the soul says?

Or the root chakra feeling into the deepest truth,

Like double check,

What am I,

Am I compensating for something?

Do I think this is my deepest truth,

But actually the truthier truth is that this is what is really being called for me in my life right now,

And it just wasn't what I thought or what I expected or what I would have preferred or all those things or what I thought felt safer or would yield what I want.

You can look,

Like actually the deeper thing is what's being asked of me right now.

So there's a real dialogue that you can have between your soul,

Spirit,

Higher self,

Through this visionary insight and these messages,

With the other parts of your wisdom body honoring all of the voices,

Because they're all very wise and beautiful.

So you honor the intelligence expressed by the other wisdom centers while remaining steadfast in your faith that your higher self,

Your soul is ultimately being divinely guided into fulfilling on its purpose.

And then we forget and we don't do it and that's okay too,

Right?

We can always come back,

We can always choose again because life is generous like that.

When you have conflict between what your soul or higher self says,

What do you do when that happens when it conflicts with other parts of your being and other wisdom voices?

And how do you feel about surrendering some of the gripping of those other wisdom voices to follow the next right step of the higher self,

Even if it feels uncertain or completely counterintuitive like an ego death,

Right?

It'll feel like this is a very bad idea,

But can you trust?

Can you trust?

Can you partner with that?

And so that is the wisdom and the invitation of the third eye chakra,

The visionary insight wisdom center.
