Imagine your body as a tree.
Your feet or sit bones are rooted,
Extending deep into the earth,
Anchoring you steady and supported.
You do not need to be perfect.
The earth beneath you holds you,

You are safe to grow at your own pace.
Take a slow inhale through the nose and a long,
Gentle exhale through the mouth.
