Hello and welcome.
I invite you to let this moment be one of honesty,
Of release,
And of remembering your worth.
Today I want to talk about something many of us carry quietly.
The desire for depth,
The guilt for having emotional needs,
And the journey of believing we are truly worthy of connection.
Some of us are born with a soul that craves depth.
We long for conversations that go beneath the surface,
Relationships that feel like home,
And connections where we can show up fully as we are.
But often we've been told,
Directly or indirectly,
That this makes us too much.
Maybe we've been made to feel difficult,
Needy,
Or even burdensome for wanting more authenticity.
And over time,
That message seeps in.
We start to feel guilt for desiring what our soul naturally longs for.
When guilt mixes with our need for connection,
We may slip into the role of the rescuer,
Where we give more than necessary,
Where we overextend,
We help,
Fix,
Or pour ourselves into others.
Sometimes not only out of love,
But in hopes that it will finally bring us the closeness and validation we crave.
This pattern often isn't just personal,
It can be ancestral.
Many families carried unspoken wounds where emotional needs were minimized,
Or love was earned through sacrifice.
And so we repeat it,
Believing that if we give enough,
We'll finally be chosen.
But here's the truth.
Love,
Intimacy,
And debt cannot be earned by overextending.
They are received when we honor ourselves,
When we release guilt for having needs,
And when we trust that our desires are not only valid,
But sacred.
This is where the abundance mindset comes in.
Abundance is not just about money or material wealth.
It's about believing that there is more than enough love,
Connection,
And debt available to us.
When we live in scarcity,
We think,
I have to give more to be chosen.
I have to work harder to deserve love.
When we live in abundance,
We affirm,
I'm already enough.
I'm worthy of authentic connection,
Just as I am.
The right people,
The right spaces,
Will meet me in that debt.
Abundance is about patience.
It's about trusting that even if the right relationships aren't here yet,
They are on their way.
It's about knowing your soul's desire for debt is not a weakness,
It's your compass.
So I invite you to release the guilt,
To let go of the belief that your needs make you too much,
To step out of the rescuer role,
And simply stand in your truth.
You are worthy of connection,
Worthy of love,
And worthy of debt.
Take a breath here.
Inhale receiving.
And exhale releasing.
You don't have to chase,
Overextend,
Or prove yourself.
The love and debt you seek is already aligned with you.
Your only task is to believe it,
Trust it,
And allow it to unfold in its time.
Thank you for sharing the space with me today.
May you remember your worth,
May you trust your desires,
And may you live from the abundance of knowing you are enough.
Namaste.
