Today I'd like to focus on the frequencies of surrender.
Completely letting go and having faith to whatever the universe provides.
Take a deep breath in,
Slow exhale out.
Find a comfortable seated position or lay down.
This light language transmission will also be through sound,
Music.
So as you listen,
I invite you to open your heart and feel the vibrations through your skin,
Into your heart.
Take a deep breath in,
Slow breath out.
Any time the mental body starts to question,
Just acknowledge and then bring that awareness back into your heart space to feel.
There is no direct translation into any earthly language.
They are frequencies and vibrations.
Take a deep breath,
Exhale.
And just feel your breath.
Take a deep breath,
Exhale.
And just feel your breath.
Take a deep breath in,
Open the mouth,
Big exhale out.
And just feel your breath.

Take a deep breath in,
And a slow exhale.
I'd like you to imagine that you're floating down a river.
And you completely surrender your weight into the water as you float.
You can feel the warmth of the sun on your face and the gentle warm water in your fingers as it ripples through.
Deep breath in,
Exhale.
Feel that feeling of completely letting go,
Feeling safe,
Releasing control,
Feeling supported,
Feeling free to be you,
Your full being.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale out.
Open the heart space.
And just feel your breath.
And just feel your breath.
And just feel your breath.
And just feel your breath.
And just feel your breath.
And just feel your breath.
Take a deep breath in,
Slow breath out.
And begin wriggling your toes,
Wriggling your fingers,
Coming back into your body.
And just feel your breath.
It's about feeling the frequencies.
There is nothing to analyze with the mind,
But to feel with the heart.
