Meditation To Clear Energize Chakras With Life Force Energy

This is a guided meditation created with the intention to guide the listener through clearing and energizing their chakras using life force energy. May this guided meditation make you feel more grounded, balanced and at peace.

Hello,

My name is Jennifer Pavlone and the intention of this meditation is to send healing life force energy from the universe to each of the chakras.

We will start by continuing to breathe deeply and evenly throughout this meditation.

Let's begin by grounding ourselves into the earth with the intention of being focused and present.

Imagine that you have roots down to the very center of the earth.

Imagine that.

Visualize branches growing to force energy down into the center of the earth.

You will exchange something in to a healing sustaining.

Visualize a spinning crown chakra and imagine at your third eye an indigo flower.

See the flower spinning and opening up the petals,

Receiving that beam of light into its center.

Breathe in intuition.

Breathe out doubt.

Self knowledge.

Breathe out.

See a blue flower at the base of the throat.

Receiving in that beam of energy to its center.

The expression of humility.

Breathe in creativity.

Breathe out anger.

Breathe in trust.

Breathe out jealousy.

Go into the solar plexus chakra.

A little flower spinning,

Opening up its petals.

The place between.

Now the center of that flower.

As we breathe in confidence,

Self doubt,

Self esteem,

Shame.

Draw that healing beam of light down to your sacral chakra.

We see an orange flower spinning with its petals opening up,

Allowing in that healing energy to its center.

The flower is located about four fingers below your navel.

Enjoy.

Breathe out.

Irritability.

Satisfaction.

Root chakra.

Stability.

Ready to do so in these chakras.
