Hello,
My name is Jennifer Pavlones and this is my waning moon meditation.
Picture yourself walking outside in the evening into the light of the waning moon.
No matter the season,
Imagine that the air is the perfect temperature.
As you walk,
You come upon a beautiful blanket lying on the ground waiting just for you.
You sit down in the middle of the blanket and gaze up at the moon.
It is a beautiful clear night and you can see that the moon is waning.
Since the full moon,
A shadow has been moving across the moon's surface.
The lit surface that we can see is decreasing in size each evening.
And as you look at the moon,
You can feel that it has been helping you release what no longer serves you.
It is time to acknowledge what you have accomplished.
Take a moment now to recall any limiting beliefs you have challenged and any unhealthy habits or relationships you have started to let go of since the full moon.
Revisit the plans you made on the full moon if you have them.
You may wish to simply think of them or to write them down in the journal.
And once you have recalled the work you have done so far since the moon was full,
Place your hands over your heart.
Listen to these words or repeat them aloud.

I say thank you.
Thank you for discovering what is best for me.
Thank you for protecting me.
Thank you for being willing to grow and improve.
Thank you for recognizing the steps I need to take to become more authentically myself and to live a life that fulfills me.
Take a moment now to reflect on how you can continue the work that you have started or one new small healthy change you can start to make between now and the new moon.
Write it down if you wish.
As the moon continues to wane and the current moon cycle approaches its end,
The universe will support you in taking care of yourself.
May you manifest all of your heart's desires for the good of all and harm to none.
