Now on off.
The powerful aspects of rebirth scene is that it's very much different than conventional therapy you know in conventional therapy usually we go to a therapist and we talk we talk about things that happened in our past things that we feel that are kind of like impeding us and Of course,
It can be very beneficial,
And it was very beneficial for me,
But after doing it for a few years,
I felt like there is a limit to it.
I felt like it can only lead me to a certain point,
And it is because at its core,
It's the mind trying to influence the mind,
The mind trying to change the mind.
You know,
Some of the things that we carry,
Memories or emotions,
They are very much deep inside our body.
And so what I felt is that merely understanding things mentally doesn't necessarily make them go away.
You know,
Sure,
I realized why I'm having anxieties and fears around certain aspects,
But it didn't make it go away.
My body still reacted.
And so I realized that I need to go inside my body.
I need to have a somatic experience and to let the body release whatever it is,
Whatever emotions or memories that are stuck inside.
So this is what led me to breathwork.
And my experience with it was that in the first year and a half,
I was doing it around twice a month,
One-on-one sessions.
And for me,
It wasn't about this one big peak experience,
Peak session that changed everything for me.
No,
It was a process.
It was an accumulation.
And of course I had beautiful sessions with catharsis and emotional release.
And many tears came out,
But there was never this one big session.
It was an accumulation.
Process and after around six,
Seven,
Eight months I started to feel that suddenly you know anxieties and fears that I used to have either diminished or even disappeared completely.
