Take a journey to meet your Inner Goddess and ignite her presence in your Soul. Use this fast paced Quantum healing, to immerse in, and embrace, the qualities of spirit. Hadar is the Soul Realm of love, so connect in there first before diving deep into the waters of your Soul. Use your imagination to find a place of unconditional love, if you unfamiliar with the term, Hadar. Please note this is not a slow meditation with lots of pauses, so this practice, is ideal for those ready to feel rapid and expansive energy.

An activation to ignite your inner goddess.

Take a nice deep breath into your heart space coming to the here and now.

Sit alive with your hands and feet uncrossed,

Really being present,

Giving yourself the gift of inner connection today.

So take a nice deep breath into your heart space and see that breath go upwards in your body,

Up through your throat,

Through your head,

Out through your crown and see that breath go upwards and up and wrap around the great central sun,

The source of who you are,

Your connection to God,

The universe,

A source of love and light that you know and trust.

And connecting into that space,

Bring back down that love and light with your breath,

Coming back down through your crown,

Through your head and your throat down through your heart space,

Into your torso and abdomen,

Down through your root,

Through your legs and then see that energy deep dive into the earth below,

Right down to the core of the earth and connect it into the core crystal at the centre of the earth,

For this is where the blueprint is held.

How life is supposedly be lived with love,

Joy,

Freedom,

Acceptance,

Abundance and love.

Connecting that energy in and bringing that back up through your feet and legs,

Through your root,

Into your abdomen,

Torso,

Up to your heart and see that energy radiate out from your heart space,

360 degrees all the way around you,

Above you,

Below you,

Behind you,

Really radiating out in all directions and feel that connection and feel the peace and the serenity and the knowing that you are right here,

Right now.

Now I want you to go into your heart space and connect in,

Pulling in the energy of Hader to reignite the divine love from within and just simply by calling it in,

You are reactivating your connection with Hader and with the love and feel it as an energy,

You may feel it in your body as a bit of tingling,

Tingling sensation in and through your space and connecting into that love.

Now while you are in your heart space,

I want you to see at the back of your heart space there is a door that you can enter into the sacred chamber of your heart and inside the sacred chamber as you open the door and enter,

It's like a whole new world opens up,

The point of connection to the universe and beyond,

Your seed of connection,

It is the all,

It is the nothing,

It is a pinpoint and yet it is infinity,

It is all the same.

You may see this portal of energy into your heart space,

Into your sacred heart space as a beautiful chamber glistening with crystals and lights and colours and the energy and the frequency is tangible,

You can feel it,

You can see it,

You can see the energies moving and you see a most beautiful golden waterfall coming into your heart space,

Into the golden pond and as you observe this you know that when you connect into the space you really are going into the centre of everything,

The connection to everything,

You are opening up into the fields of the infinite,

Opening up to the quantum realms,

Into the dimensions and into the connection of all you,

Your universal self,

Within this space you are open to guidance from all that you call forward,

Whether it be internal or external in this space you understand it is all the same and there is no separation from anything that you choose to connect with,

That serves you and serves the world and serves the planet for the highest good of all,

It is for you to call it in,

You are worthy to receive,

It is only ever up to you.

I want you to go up to that waterfall and I want you to feel completely safe and in a moment on the count of three we are going to dive into that waterfall,

Into the pond,

Knowing this golden elixir allows you easily to breathe,

To move,

To float,

To feel supported and that you are safe.

One,

Two,

Three,

Dive in.

As you start making your way down into the depths of your soul you feel the freedom,

You feel the lightness,

You are able to move and breathe and swim in all directions,

The magic that opens up into this eternal space,

Into your soul space,

Into the dimensions and today we are swimming deep into the dimensions of the goddesses.

As you continue to swim deeply you see the most beautiful light through a massive archway ahead of you and you feel the pull of the energy into this space and as you swim under this archway you open up into this most beautiful realm and you are able to stand in this place and feeling the warmth and the vibration.

You connect into the energy of this space for it feels like home,

You have a knowing of this space and you have an awareness that you are not alone,

You have an awareness of energies around you.

Some may start to become visible to your eyes,

Some remain perhaps in the shadows or just as an outline.

Can you see a beautiful seat,

Two seats,

These could be cushions on the floor or a golden throne,

Whatever is the first thing that comes to your mind and you take a seat and as you open your heart further you set the intention to call in the energies of the goddesses that are ready to help you and serve you.

And as you do this you are aware of a beautiful,

Beautiful goddess coming to sit opposite you,

She meets you with her eyes and take a moment to connect deeply into her eyes.

For she is seeing you,

She is seeing you for the goddess that you are,

Acknowledging you just as you are her and in this space you are equal,

In this space you are able to share the energies.

And I want you for a moment to drink in the energies of this goddess and call forward the characteristics that sing out to you the most.

It could be unconditional love that flows from her heart directly into yours,

Igniting your space.

It could be the lightness and the brightness that simply radiates.

Does she have the quality of strength,

A knowingness,

A fierceness,

A stance of the warrior woman?

And in no way does this scare you,

This ignites you,

This inspires you.

Does she have the energy of connection?

Does she have the energy of the earth and water and animals?

And as I read these out some will feel strong and some not so strong and there is no right or wrong.

The energies that you wish to connect with most today,

A collector of these energies.

As you tune into her space right now,

Feel those qualities of spirit radiating out from her so fully filling the space around you.

And as you open up your heart I want you to see the beam of that energy come directly into your heart space and be open to receive that divine love.

The power,

The wisdom,

The connection,

The fierceness,

The loyalty,

The flow.

The joy,

The being.

And as these continue to enter into your heart space and they start radiating out within your body,

Coming down to your abdomen,

Igniting the campfire of your own powerhouse within your abdomen.

See those energies like a rainbow waterfall pouring onto the fire in your belly and igniting your own inner campfire so that you know you can be ablaze with these qualities yourself.

Feel yourself filling up with power,

With light,

With abundance and connection.

Igniting your own inner goddess.

Calling in the energies of your past lives where you were the goddess.

For you still are a goddess.

And we ask that any belief known or hidden,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life programming,

Any soul contracts that you have,

Where you feel it is not safe for you to connect into your own inner goddess,

Where you have made promises that it was not safe to stand strong,

To stand tall in your own power of who you be.

The confidence in the way that is stopping you connecting in to the divine goddess that you are.

Today we ask to be un-stroyed,

Deleted,

Decreated and released and shown the divine white light path for healing.

Allowing those energies to radiate out of your body that no longer serve you,

Any of those contracts,

Feeling that in and around your abdomen,

Feeling those energies move and vibrate out.

You can be fully alight once again with the power of your inner goddess.

And feeling that energies radiate down through your legs and into your feet and down into the earth below.

Feeling really very strong that you can be grounded,

That it is safe for you to walk the earth as the inner goddess you are and right in this moment that you are bringing in the power and the wisdom and the connection to this goddess sitting next to you.

It is like you are receiving at a full current force.

Throw out your etheric field and bringing that awareness up to your throat space,

Clearing any energies where you feel it is not safe to express your authentic self.

We feel it is not safe to express the truth of who you are.

Today we ask to be un-stroyed,

Decreated,

Deleted and shown the divine white light for healing so that you can finally bring forward the divine voice of your inner goddess.

And seeing that light radiate up through your head,

Out through your third eye,

Connecting from your third eye back to the goddess in front of you.

Connecting so deeply that you almost feel a jolt in your head where your pineal and pituitary glands are reflecting off the goddess light in front of you like a mirror ball and reflecting that and we ask that any shadowing,

Anything that is keeping you separate from receiving this light in,

Not only through your third eye but also from your crown,

Allowing that light to pour in from source.

Clearing any energies in your crown chakra that are keeping you separate from receiving in the divine goddess light and love that you are.

In and around your fields today we ask to be destroyed,

Decreated and shown the divine white path for healing,

Allowing those to radiate and clear out.

There you go.

Feeling that tingling on the top of your head as the vortex of energy pours in from this goddess and from source.

Pouring through your body,

Through your crown,

Third eye,

Throat,

Down through your heart space,

Opening up,

Filling you up with this void of white light,

Down through your abdomen reigniting that light in your campfire,

Down through your sacral clearing out any past beliefs,

Any beliefs you have known or hidden,

Any soul contracts you have,

Any past life contracts that you made where you felt it was not safe to ignite your own inner goddess in your sacral area.

Calling forth the healing of your divine masculine and feminine in those points that they may be,

And reignite into the truth of who you are that you are a goddess,

That it is safe in this day and age to be the goddess that you are.

It is time for you to bring your gifts forward at the highest capacity and serve this planet.

For the highest good of all,

It is time for you to stop playing small.

It is time for you to step into your greatness,

To ignite and show the world your true face.

For you are a unique goddess and today I ask you to be committed to reconnecting to your inner goddess and knowing it is safe and for the highest good of all to bring her forward.

Calling in not only the energies of the goddess in front of you,

But the energies of Kali,

The endings and new beginnings,

For the energies of the goddesses that can ignite.

There you go,

Allowing those energies to recalibrate through your fields.

All the goddesses in your divine support team that are here to help you in this moment.

Ask those vibrations of the energies to recalibrate through your fields.

Anything that it is that you need right in this moment.

To let go of anything that is no longer serving you.

To clear those energetic blocks and patternings that are holding you back from fully receiving today,

We ask you to be transmitted to the light.

Seeing the swirling energy in and around your bodies through your etheric fields,

Filling in your soul space all the way around you in this beautiful big bubble of light and feel the power that you have within in this connected space you have right now.

Feel this bubble of energy knowing that you are full,

That you are connected and calling in a symbol the first thing that comes into your head.

Maybe it is the image of the goddess sitting in front of you and anchor this goddess image into your heart space.

And in this moment,

In that goddess,

In your heart space,

Be aware of the power,

The magic that you feel in this moment.

The connection.

You are unstoppable.

You are fierce.

You are a warrior.

You are not afraid.

You are ready to work with your divine feminine and masculine to bring forth the most depth,

The deepest part of your inner power and we ask that to bring forward today.

And feel that,

Not only in your heart but feel that within your abdomen.

Feel your fire ignite as your goddess sits above your campfire,

See it blazing brightly.

See the light and the flames engulf her safely and she stands there as it glistens and that energy radiates from you and own that power in the moment.

Feel it so strongly within you that you are here.

It is time.

It is time you are being called forward to embrace your inner goddess.

Take a deep breath and breathe that in through every aspect,

Every fiber of your being,

Clearing any past life contract or future life contract that you have made that you feel it is not safe to you.

Just show your inner goddess it is time today to embrace her fully and make that commitment.

And know that any time you wish to ignite this energy of your inner goddess you only ever have to call in that symbol and you will reignite this feeling once more within your abdomen,

In your heart space.

And as you bring your mind's attention back to the room that you are in,

Take a moment to give so much gratitude and thanks and love to the goddess sitting before you.

As you meet her eyes once again,

Namaste to the goddess.

As she gets up and leaves and the energies withdraw,

You rise from your seat and make your way back to the golden archway and you dive back into the golden water on the count of three.

One,

Two,

Three.

As you swim back up to the surface,

You rise fast like a mermaid coming up and you come back once again into your sacred chamber of your heart.

As you take breaths into your heart and you step out of the pool and you feel the warmth and you grab the most luxurious warm towel and you dry yourself,

You acknowledge your body for the temple that houses your goddess,

Be grateful for your body,

Love your body,

Whatever shape or size or quality or what you think of it,

Love it in this moment as the goddess body that you are,

That holds your inner goddess within you.

As you completely dry,

Walk towards the door back into your heart chamber,

Coming back into your heart space and feeling once more the pink energy of Heda.

You can feel it reverberating through your body at almost a higher frequency.

And take a deep breath and bring your awareness back to your physical space,

Bringing your attention back to your hands and feet,

Perhaps moving those for a little bit.

Rubbing your hands together,

Creating heat in your hands and placing those hands over your eyes,

Absorbing that heat and warmth of what you've just created.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Take a moment to acknowledge how you feel.

Can you feel your inner goddess shining?

I invite you to call in on your inner goddess anytime that you choose.

It only takes a moment connecting with your breath to your inner goddess,

To ignite her and light her and have her shine.

For you are a goddess.

Make sure you drink plenty of water today,

Allow time for processing.
