Allow me to guide you through owning your day.

Find your comfortable position.
Making sure your head is slightly lifted towards the sky.
Just a slight lift.
Finding anywhere where there is any stress in your body.
Sending that part of your body a little bit of love.
Just adjusting maybe a little bit more.
To allow it to free that stress,
That tension in your body.
As you connect with your body,
Go ahead and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Letting it out of your mouth.
Exhale.
In through your nose.
Out through your mouth really slowly.
Intentional breaths.
One more deep breath in through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
And with the exhale close your eyes if you haven't already.
Now just allow your breath to be natural.
Not forcing it to do anything.
And as you allow your breath to become natural.
Connect with the sounds around you.
Allow every sound to take you deeper and deeper into meditation.
Good.
Allow your brain to relax.
Become calm,
Peaceful.
Receive these affirmations as if you are saying them to yourself.
