Letting go of emotional pain can be difficult,
Sometimes even more difficult than physical pain.
But like the body,
The brain also wants to heal.
Today we will explore letting go of emotional pain.
Start by finding your comfortable position.
Notice any tension in your body.
Where do you hold that emotional pain in your body?
It started in your brain and it moved through your nervous system.
And it got lodged somewhere in your body.
Maybe it's your lower back,
Maybe it's your neck,
Maybe it's your knee,
Maybe it's your knee,
Your throat.
Where do you feel it?
Your ankle.
Just go to that place in your body and just notice it.
You don't have to judge it,
Examine it,
Just notice it.
And now while you take a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out,
Pushing out all of the air,
Feeling that again through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Making a big sigh if you like on the out breath.
And again,
Breathing in,
Long deep breath,
Breathing out.
And just tell your brain as you take these next two breaths,
I know that I am breathing in.
I know that I am breathing out.
I know that I am breathing in.
I know that I am breathing out.
And one more time through your nose.
I know that I am breathing in.
Out through your mouth.
I know that I am breathing out.
Pushing out all of the old air,
Letting it go,
And letting it take with it anything it needs to.
To give you peace.
Every breath you take,
Releasing emotional pain on the out breath.
Inhaling peace.
Inhaling peace.
Exhaling pain.
And with every breath,
You become more and more healed.
Every breath you take,
Releasing more pain.
Your eyes may water and that's okay if they do.
Let your body release.
And you can do that by just allowing your brain to send signals to your heart and your lungs and your gut.
And allow your gut to send signals and messages right back to your brain.
And your gut knows,
Your gut knows what peace feels like.
And send that peace right up through your lungs and your heart and right up to your brain.
You don't have to do anything the body knows,
The brain knows.
Allow them to communicate with ease.
They do it all the time.
You don't need your help.
No assistance,
No guidance.
Just be.
And now as you go back to noticing the place or places in your body where you hold your pain.
Your emotional pain is showing up in your body.
Notice that area.
And this time,
See,
Sense or imagine yourself sending your deep breath right to that place or those places in your body.
Taking a deep breath in and send that new air to your back,
Your head,
Your shoulders,
Your hands,
Wherever it needs to go.
Send it there now.
And exhale.
Taking from that area anything you need to remove and letting it go in the out breath.
Let it go.
Let it loose.
Detach.
Delete.
Delete.
Delete.
Delete.
It's all time,
Dimension,
Space and reality.
Just letting it go on its own.
It wants to go.
Your brain wants to heal.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go.
Just repeat that mantra in your head.

And as you embrace the idea of letting go,
Every breath you take,
Feeling just a little bit more.
And as you breathe in,
Tell yourself,
I receive my healing.

And as you inhale and exhale,
Repeating the mantras.

On the exhale,
I let go.

Either in your head or out loud.

You can keep the memory and release the emotion.

I forgive.

Any emotional pain that has held me back from being my true,
Authentic self.
