Taking a deep breath,
Give yourself permission to connect your head,
Your heart,
And your gut right now.
Your head,

Today we will journey to our spirit by connecting the head,
The heart,
And the gut to bring you to calm,
Optimal brain state.
This calm,
Optimal brain state creates clarity in decision making and discernment.
Our head or brain protect us.
The opposite of protection is peace when we no longer have to protect ourselves.
We find peace.
Give yourself permission to let down your guard,
Surrender,
And be vulnerable so that you may receive the peace you deserve.
Take a deep breath in and imagine yourself sending that breath to your head.
Take another deep breath in,
Allowing yourself to send that breath to your head.
As you exhale,
Release the notion to protect.
Release any sensations you may have in your head and allow them to move down your vagus nerve.
Letting go,
Letting loose,
Releasing those sensations and your brain will know exactly where your vagus nerve is.
You don't have to do anything.
Just allow your brain to do what it naturally does.
Let it know that the best way to protect you today is to allow you to embrace peace.
Allow you to surrender.
As you move those sensations down your vagus nerve,
Going to your heart,
Notice any sensations you might have in your heart and breathe in to your heart.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Imagine or sense that breath going straight to your heart.
And now you have connected your head and your heart.
Allow any sensations that have come from your head down to your heart and any sensations that were in your heart to move together down your vagus nerve to your gut.
And your body knows you don't have to do anything.
Your body will do all the work for you.
Just allow this to happen.
Bringing that awareness,
Notice any sensations you might have in your gut.
Giving yourself permission to release these sensations.
Notice any positive sensations you may have in your gut.
And ask these sensations to multiply right now.
And as these positive sensations multiply,
Allow all the sensations to be taken over by your positive sensations.
Your body will know what to do.
There is no work to be done.
Just allow it to happen.
And imagine those sensations welling up inside of your gut.
Vibrating at a higher frequency,
Higher than ever before.
And as they vibrate,
They travel back up your vagus nerve.
Letting your heart know it can fill your body with pleasure.
Feel the pleasure.
And allowing that vibration to continue to move up your vagus nerve to your head.
Filling your head with peace.
Feel the peace.
And now you have peace in your head.
Pleasure in your heart.
And positive power in your gut.
You have connected your head,
Your heart,
And your gut.
And you have tapped into your spirit.
Right now,
Allow your spirit to give you a symbol.
A symbol that you can use that represents calm,
Optimal.
Could be a scene from nature.
Could be a figurine.
A logo you're familiar with.
Whatever it is,
Trust your spirit.
It's coming up for you.
See your sense or imagine that symbol and know that anytime you need to return to calm,
Optimal state.
To have discernment and clarity for any life decision.
You can do it by just seeing your symbol and immediately your head,
Your heart,
And your gut will connect.
