Over the next 10 days you will learn how powerful you are in the creation of every present moment and how strengthening your courage and confidence can help you to surrender to life’s unknown possibilities. This course invites you to learn the skill of finding calm within and how this has a profound impact on your life at present and future. Together, we will wake up your body and mind, cultivate self-love, and take responsibility for the energy you possess. Each daily lesson includes some thoughts and knowledge, a meditation or practical exercise and something to reflect on before the next lesson. You will step away from this course with a collection of tools that will guide you to feel awake, aware and grounded in your daily life.

Lezione 1
Wake Up: Present Moment
In this lesson, we will begin the process of waking up to the present moment as we move through the various layers of our existence. Here, we will begin to expand our knowing of what it means to love, communicate, and surrender. We will learn what it means to wake up in these always-changing, stimulating times. Little by little, we will pay attention on purpose by becoming courageous observers. We will learn to listen, with confidence and faith, to our inner wisdom.
Lezione 2
Wake Up: Mind
In this lesson, we will observe our minds and check in with what’s going on up there. What is the mind and why won’t it stop talking to us? We will utilize various tools to calm the chatter. Only when we make the time to pause in the present, in the space between, in the pockets of quiet, can we really start to hear clearly what is being said. Waking up happens in this place, and it is here that we begin to create. We can begin again in every moment.
Lezione 3
Wake Up: Body
In this lesson, we will look at how our bodies are vehicles that move us through life. We think the body is running the show, but instead it is listening to the thoughts and desires of the mind in every moment. The body stores this information and all of our experiences throughout our lives. To wake up the body, we will move it and our breath, so we can perhaps shift some energy around and gain a new perspective. Wear clothing that is comfortable to move around in. In order to wake up the body, we must move it.
Lezione 4
Wake Up: Energy
In this lesson, we learn that we are the only ones responsible for the energy we bring into a room. Moment by moment, we are constantly creating our reality. We are the cause and the world around us is the effect. For most of us, we have been taught the opposite: that things are happening to us, rather than because of our thoughts, actions, and energy. Of course, events happen in life that we cannot control, however, we always have a choice in how we respond. What if we had the power to affect the world around us by looking within first? That power begins with waking up our energy.
Lezione 5
Wake Up: Self-Love
In this lesson, we will nourish ourselves and wake up our self-love. We can’t give anyone what we don’t give to ourselves. Let’s fill our own well first, so we are available to others. More importantly, let’s begin to see that everything we need is already inside of us. Nothing outside can bring us the peace and wholeness we desire. It's such a good feeling to see that the light within us is always there. Some days it’s harder to see, but it doesn’t go anywhere. If we can learn to see love within us in the present moment, we can connect to that light in others, too.
Lezione 6
Wake Up: Courage
In this lesson, we will wake our courage up. We will see how much power we give fear and how we let it control our lives. Fear and control come from the ego not from our true nature. When we’re scared, it’s important to pay attention to the here and now. Most of the time, we're letting fear and worry run the show. We will work through some exercises that will strengthen our courage. In every moment, we have a choice to choose love or fear.
Lezione 7
Wake Up: Communication
In this lesson, we will wake up our communication. We don’t learn these skills in school, and many of us are working off old-conditioned patterns. It is possible to speak up from a place of love in each conversation. We can ask ourselves what we want and what kind of energy we are putting out into the world to get that. Here, we will improve our ability to ask for what we need and want. Let’s get to know ourselves, so we know how to be clear using healthy communication tools.
Lezione 8
Wake Up: Creativity
In this lesson, we will learn the first step in the manifestation process. We will learn how much power we have in the co-creation of life. When we start to design what we want and imagine how it would feel, we start to draw new experiences into our life. We are creating in every present moment. We can design life based on past experiences or from future possibilities, but it’s in the present moment where new possibilities exist. Let’s pay attention, wake up our sense of creation, and begin to make new choices.
Lezione 9
Wake Up: Surrender
In this lesson, we will practice letting go, the second step of the manifestation process. Surrender is a lifelong lesson we get to learn in every moment. Life can feel like a struggle when we try to control everything. What we resist will keep knocking at our door and what we hang on to so tightly will keep slipping through our fingers. I believe the key is to open our eyes and face what’s in front of us, while at the same time, learn to loosen our grip on the outcome. Wake up to the possibilities that come with the practice of surrender.
Lezione 10
Wake Up: Gratitude
In this last lesson, we will learn to stay awake using the practice of gratitude. What if we lived as if our only purpose was to wake up and live in each moment? How would each experience change? Gratitude connects us to the present moment and to everything and everyone around us. The thread of gratitude is love. And love is the thread that connects us all. The more we’re grateful, the more we see what we have to be grateful for. It is a soothing and grounding practice. You are here. Every day we have the power to keep waking up to the present moment.
