Isla has been working with energy for 15 years, however it was during her personal experience of incorporating breathwork into her daily practice that she felt huge shifts in her physical and subtle body, as well as her outlook on life - it was deeply healing. In 2022 she trained as a breath and meditation coach and began incorporating all these modalities. She is deeply passionate about guiding people back into a feeling of ease within their bodies, as such allowing them to access their innately joyful nature, and tap into their abundant creativity. Her wish is for everyone to be empowered to incorporate these practices into their lives, whatever their lifestyle may be, so that they may live more presently, and cultivate a greater experience of love for oneself, others, and the world.
