Hello and welcome to this audio of the Big Vision meditation and the exercise that follows.

I invite you to sit down comfortably,

Relax as much as possible,

Put your two feet on the ground,

Close your eyes and pay attention to your breathing.

Allow yourself to feel completely relaxed.

Breathe in through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in relaxation and calm through your nose.

Exhale all stress and tensions through the mouth.

Allow your body to relax completely.

Let your thoughts go quiet.

Let your energy get centered around your breath,

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth.

Let your limbs relax,

Your shoulders drop completely.

And as you settle deep into this state of centered relaxation,

It's okay if you take it a step further.

It's okay if you go a little deeper.

Breathe in through your nose,

Breathe out through your mouth.

I invite you to imagine a place and a time in the future,

Not too far in the future,

A moment in time when you have succeeded in your life as a human being.

When you have already accomplished the goals you are setting for yourself today,

Feel this feeling of success,

Of accomplishment,

Of wholeness.

I invite you to soak up this feeling of contentment intensely.

I invite you to imagine that you are sitting down and feeling this emotion of,

Yay,

I made it,

Awesome.

And I invite you to focus on this emotion,

On this feeling,

Yes,

I succeeded,

It's great,

Wow.

My life is so sweet today.

Enjoy the feeling.

And as you close your eyes in this moment of rejoicing and pleasure while you are sitting down and you feel this feeling of success and contentment,

I invite you to open your mind's eyes and look around you.

What do you see?

Where are you?

What kind of house are you in?

Maybe you are not even in a house.

Maybe you are sitting on a beach.

Maybe you are in an office in a big city.

Where are you?

Become aware of where you are.

All the while,

Sink in that happy feeling of,

Yes,

Yes,

I made it.

I invite you to think about what you are,

What you have,

What you do at this precise moment of time when you feel successful.

Ask this version of yourself who has already succeeded,

This future you,

What she does for a living,

Where she lives,

How much she earns,

What is her lifestyle like,

How many hours per week she works.

It's okay now for you to take a deep inhale and then slowly exhale and relax even more deeply in this big vision.

You are discussing with a version of yourself from the future.

There is no need to worry.

You can allow yourself to completely and deeply relax.

No one expects you to deliver results tomorrow.

I just invite you to imagine one day in this life of this future you,

Of this version of you who has it all.

What do you do daily?

What daily routines are important to you?

What habits have you cultivated that have brought you to this point of success?

What kind of food do you eat?

How do you nourish your body?

Do you follow a particular diet that is different from today's?

Do you exercise?

Do you have a regular daily creativity practice?

Do you nourish your mind on a daily basis?

And if you look around,

Wherever you are,

What are the objects around you?

Are there any books that you are reading?

Do you go to restaurants regularly?

Do you travel?

Do you meditate regularly?

Do you visit museums,

Go to live shows?

What spiritual practices accompany you?

Are you listening to music?

What are your hobbies?

Do you share your daily life with others?

And again,

I invite you to take a deep breath in,

Then breathe out slowly,

And another slow inhale and exhale.

Take some time to appreciate,

Savor,

Taste,

Enjoy this moment in the space continuum,

And maybe ask your future you for advice or a hug,

And take some time to listen to her.

And then,

When you are ready,

I invite you to come back to the here and now.

Slowly become aware of your limbs,

Become aware of your body,

Feel the chair you are sitting on,

The bed you are lying on,

Bring your attention to the sounds around you.

And when you are ready,

I will count to three,

And you will smile,

Open your eyes,

And feel awake and refreshed,

Energized,

And your head full of detailed images of your big vision.

One,

Two,

Three.

Before doing the exercise,

Please take a drink of water,

And maybe eat something if you need to ground.

It is very,

Very important that you take the time to write in your journal what you saw,

What you felt,

What you experienced,

What your future you told you.

Even if it seems absurd or inconsistent to you,

It may not seem to make sense,

And you may want to do this exercise several times to clarify your big vision.

And that's okay,

But allow yourself to write down everything you have seen.

Take the time.

This is the big vision.

Thank you for listening,

And I wish you a wonderful day.
