Now imagine the sun.

Whether it has risen already or not.
If it's shining bright this morning or maybe it's a cloudy day,
However the day is looking so far,
Bring your awareness to that big ball of energy.

Always burning in the centre of our solar system.
Now visualize bringing that energy that you've collected from the sun into your hands.
Feel your hands and take a moment to send the energy and the breath there.
Notice the sensations.

Maybe tingling or slight warmth.
Your hands and fingers alive with the sun's vibrational energy.
Now move this energy to your heart centre,
Right in the middle of your chest.
Feel the glow lighting up this area,
Filling your heart space with warmth and big energy expansion.
Now feel the glow lighting up this area,

Gently allow the glowing ball of the sun inside you to subside until only a small but bright light remains,
A constant source of energy.
And when you're ready bring your awareness back to the space you're in,
The sounds of the room,
Those outside.
Maybe even lift the corners of your mouth,
Directly connecting you back to that bright little glow inside your heart.
