Today we are going to explore the quiet universe within you.
That special place where you can calm your mind and relax your body.
Find a comfortable place to sit or lay and rest your hands on your lap or by your sides.
Now gently close your eyes and let's begin.
Start by connecting with your beautiful breath.
Just following your breath as it moves in and out.
With every breath in imagine that your breath is like a white soothing mist and just follow it as it brings fresh clean energy down into every part of your body.
As you breathe out imagine all of your worries and tension being washed away.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Let go and just relax.
Today in our meditation we are going to journey through the five elements of nature.
Earth,
Fire,
Water,
Air and space.
As we connect with each element we will be experiencing how it feels in our body.
Being in nature can make us feel so good inside and also helps us to appreciate the natural world that surrounds us.
Now I want you to imagine that you will be travelling on this journey in a giant big bubble.
Decide what colours your bubble will be.
Make it any extra details you like.
Spots,
Flowers,
Stripes or rainbows.
Make it any design you like.
Now fill the inside of the bubble with all the special things that you love.
Books,
Photos,
Games and your favourite food too.
Now you are ready to explore the earth.
Your bubble lifts off the ground and you relax as your bubble gently floats through the atmosphere.
Now your bubble gently stops and as you step out you find yourself at the foot of a tall green mountain.
You decide to sit on the soft earth and feel as your body sinks deeply into the grass beneath you.
Slowly you breathe in and fill your lungs with all the fresh air of the earth element.
As you breathe out you connect with the strength of the mountain and all the stillness that surrounds you.
This stillness fills your entire body.
You now decide to follow a wide open path covered with burnt orange leaves and fallen twigs.
The further you follow this path you begin to hear the sound of a waterfall.
This sound is so calming and so soothing.
As you arrive you are taken back by the waterfalls beauty.
You decide to step into the aqua blue pool at the base of the waterfall and just float for a little while.
Your body feels so light.
It feels so peaceful being here.
Spending time in the water element is so so calming.
You decide to step out of the aqua blue pool and you find a large smooth rock to rest your body on now.
The top of your shoulders as well as your arms and hands begin to tingle as the warm sun shimmers rays of sunlight over your entire body.
Slowly you breathe in all the warmth of the sun and as you breathe out you feel your whole body glowing.
Relaxing here soaking up the fire element feels so healing and energizing.
You rest a little while and as the sun begins to set a soft cool breeze begins to brush against your cheeks.
It feels so refreshing and as the breeze picks up you can hear branches swaying and leaves rustling in the trees that surround the mountain.
As you feel the energy of the air element dancing freely through the air you take a moment to connect with how it feels flowing through your body.
Just notice as you breathe in and out.
The sun has now set and you decide it's time to head back along the leafy path.
You see your special large bubble waiting there at the foot of the mountain and you smile as you step inside.
Up it floats now into the atmosphere lifting higher and higher into outer space.
Slowly your bubble floats between the sparkly lit stars and glides and drifts around the bright magical moon.
There is so much open space up here and it feels like pure bliss to be here right now connecting with a space element.
It is now time to journey back home and slowly your special bubble arrives you safely back to earth.
This experience has been so wonderful and you are feeling so grateful for all the gifts that our natural world provides us with.
Take a long and gentle breath right down into your belly now.
Feel your body becoming as soft and light as a feather as you hear the words relax and let go.
