Take a moment to get really comfy and just let yourself arrive in this space.
Soften your shoulders,
Unclench your jaw and allow your hands to rest gently.
Close your eyes and take a slow breath in through your nose,
Followed by a long steady exhale through your mouth.
Let's do that one more time.
A slow breath in through your nose and a long steady exhale through your mouth.
And just allow your breath to begin to slow naturally.
Welcome to this guided meditation for the full moon in Virgo,
Also known as the worm moon.
This moon rises at the threshold of spring.
It marks the moment when the ground begins to soften after winter and life slowly wakes up.
The name represents transition.
It represents movement returning.
It represents the shift from dormancy into preparation.
Virgo is an earth sign.
It is practical.
It is observant.
It is precise.
It is the energy of refinement and quiet devotion.
Virgo does not seek drama.
It seeks alignment.
It notices what is out of place and gently restores order.
As we move closer to spring,
This full moon is going to invite us to do the same within our own lives.
A full moon always offers us an opportunity to release and let go.
And this one in particular gives us a chance to leave what we need to into the cold,
Harsh winter months so we can have a fresh start this spring.
Take another slow breath in before we start the visualization.
I am going to ask you to imagine a clear silver light above you.
It's not overwhelming.
It's not theatrical.
It's just steady and illuminating.
This is Virgo light.
It shows you what is working and what is not.
It shows you where you have been doubting yourself unnecessarily.
It shows you where small adjustments could create greater stability.
Really try to connect to that light.
Just feel it shining all over you.
Bring your awareness inward now and ask yourself,
Where has doubt been living?
Where have you been second-guessing your abilities?
Just simply observe this without any judgment.
Virgo energy is not here to criticize you.
It is here to give you clarity.
I'm going to ask you now to imagine that you are standing inside a quiet,
Empty room.
The walls are simple and calm.
This room represents your inner world.
And at first it feels a bit crowded,
Not with furniture,
But with mental noise and clutter.
Unfinished thoughts,
Lingering self-criticism,
Subtle pressures you have placed on yourself.
And this makes you feel tired.
You feel really tired.
But don't worry because we are going to clear that clutter and create space.
To one side of the room,
You can see there is a single shelf.
And on there,
There are small labeled boxes.
Each box represents a belief or narrative that you have been carrying.
So one might be labeled,
I am behind.
And another might read,
Not good enough.
Another could be,
What if I fail?
Just take a moment to look at them and make a mental note of what the labels say.
Walk towards the shelf and pick up the first box.
Open it.
Notice what is inside.
So this could be a familiar sentence you repeat to yourself,
Or an image.
Something to do with this belief or narrative you've been carrying.
Ask yourself calmly,
Is this useful?
Does this belief support the person I am?
Does this belief support the person I am becoming?
If the answer is no,
Close the box and place it on the floor.
There is no anger here,
No shame.
There's not even any regret.
Just a clear decision to let that belief go.
Open it.
Evaluate it.
And if it is not serving you,
Just place it on the floor.
You can take your time with this.
Virgo energy is methodical.
It does not rush.
It sorts things with care.
Move on to the next box now.
And do the same thing.
Open it.
Evaluate it.
And if this belief is not serving you,
Just place that box on the floor.
Step back now and look at the shelf.
And notice that only what is necessary remains there.
Only what strengthens you stays in place.
And now imagine a window opening in the room.
You feel fresh air moving through the space.
And the boxes on the floor begin to dissolve into fine dust and are carried out through the open window.
Doubt is leaving the space quietly,
Along with self-criticism and any unhealthy comparisons that you've been holding on to.
Just watch and feel.
As they fade away.
Stand in the center of the room and notice how it feels now.
Spacious,
Orderly,
Calm.
This is what clarity feels like.
Place one hand over your heart and feel your steady breath.
Ask yourself gently,
What is one practical adjustment I can make as we move into spring?
This isn't about a reinvention or a dramatic shift.
Just one small change.
So this might be simplifying your schedule or organizing your home.
Maybe you want to commit to a healthier routine.
Or maybe my favorite,
Setting a boundary that protects your energy.
Just picture yourself making that adjustment calmly and confidently.
Feel the steadiness in your body as you imagine it.
The worm moon reminds us that beneath the surface,
Change is already happening.
You do not need to force growth.
You just need to remove what blocks it.
You need to trust your ability to decide what belongs in your life and what does not.
Take a slow breath in and as you exhale,
Imagine any remaining doubt leaving your body like a soft mist dissolving in light.
Nothing dramatic.
Just release.
Silently repeat,
I release doubt.
I trust myself.
I move into spring clear and steady.
Take one final deep breath in and a long breath out.
Feel your body grounded.
Feel your mind clearer.
Feel your inner space organized,
Aligned,
And energized.
When you are ready,
Gently begin to bring awareness back to the room around you.
Notice the surface beneath you.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes.
The full moon in Virgo reminds you that clarity is power.
As the season shifts,
So can you.
Not through force,
But through refinement.
Thank you so much for meditating with me today.
It has been an absolute pleasure to guide you.
