Take a moment to get comfortable and settle into your space.
Let your shoulders soften,
Unclench your jaw,
Relax your hands and gently close your eyes.
Bring your attention to your breath,
Not changing it,
Just noticing it.
The natural rhythm of your inhale and exhale.
With every breath out,
Feel yourself arriving more fully into this moment.
Let the outside world fade into the background,
Just for now.
There is nothing you need to do right now,
Nowhere you need to be.
This time is just for you.
Welcome to this New Moon in Aquarius guided meditation.
I love the time around the new moon.
It feels like a clean slate,
A pause,
A moment where nothing is being asked of us yet.
No performance,
No expectations,
No pressure to already know the answers.
The new moon reminds me that we are given opportunities to begin again,
Not by reinventing ourselves,
But by coming back to ourselves,
By listening to ourselves deeply,
By setting intentions that feel true rather than forced.
And this is one of the reasons why I love working with the moon.
It gives us permission to slow down,
To reflect and to choose consciously how we want to move forward.
Aquarius represents individuality,
Awareness and higher perspective.
It's connected to the mind,
To consciousness,
To seeing things clearly.
This sign also asks us to step out of external noise and reconnect with our own inner guidance.
To stop living on autopilot,
To question what we believe,
To notice which ideas,
Identities and stories we are living from.
For me,
Aquarius is all about coming home to who you really are beneath the conditioning,
The expectations and the roles.
So this new moon in particular is an invitation to take time for yourself,
To listen and reconnect with your own truth.
It's also very connected to the idea of Dharma,
And for those of you who aren't familiar with that word,
It refers to your true path,
Your soul's direction,
The way of living that feels aligned with who you are at a deeper level.
Not what looks good from the outside,
But what feels true to you.
Take a deep breath before we start the visualization.
I want you to imagine that you are walking into a vast quiet library.
This is not a normal library,
It feels timeless,
Still,
Almost sacred.
There is soft light,
Endless shelves,
And a sense of calm and clarity in the air.
Notice how it smells in the library,
What you can hear,
What you can see.
This library represents your mind,
Your inner world,
The space where all your beliefs,
Ideas and identities live.
You walk slowly through the aisles,
Among hundreds and hundreds of books.
Each book represents a story that you carry,
About who you are,
About how life works,
About what is possible for you.
And some of these stories still serve you,
But some feel really outdated,
And the characters are an old version of you.
Some were never really yours to begin with.
Some of these stories are narratives which actually weren't really true.
Perhaps they were stories from other people who made you believe them,
But actually didn't hold much truth in your life.
This is Aquarius energy,
It is awareness,
It is the ability to step back and observe your own mind.
So I'm going to ask you now to stop walking through the library,
And notice in front of you a single table with three books on it.
The first book represents an old way of thinking,
A story about yourself that you are no longer choosing to live from.
Not something you need to fight or get rid of,
Just something you are gently stepping away from.
The second book represents what you want to call in with this new moon,
A new way of seeing yourself,
A quality you are ready to embody more fully.
So for you this might be more freedom,
More self-trust,
More clarity,
More alignment.
The third book represents your dharma,
Your sole purpose.
Not a goal,
Not a plan,
But a deeper truth of how you want to live,
The values you want to move through life with.
So I'm going to ask you now to pick up the first book and thank it for what it taught you,
And just place it back on the table.
You don't need to carry this book forward with you anymore.
And take the second book and place it into your chest,
This is the book of what you want to call in under this Aquarius moon.
Just let it merge with your chest,
Let it become part of you,
Really letting it settle in your body.
And finally hold the third book in your hands,
This is the book of your dharma.
You don't need to open it,
You don't need to understand it,
And you don't need to make a plan around it,
Just feel it.
Feel the weight of this book in your hands.
This is your direction.
This is what you're choosing to align with.
And say quietly to yourself,
Or out loud if that feels better for you,
I trust my inner guidance.
I move forward in alignment.
You can put the book back on the table now.
Notice how you feel having held these books.
Notice if you feel lighter,
Happier,
More aligned.
And there is no correct way to feel,
I'm just asking you to notice any sensations,
Any feelings.
Take one last look at this beautiful library,
And start walking away.
Just allow the library to fade.
Bring your awareness back to your breath,
Back to your body,
Back to this moment.
And let's take one final moment to set a simple intention for the next month.
This is not a long list,
Just one intention that feels honest and true,
Based on what has come up for you during this meditation.
And now think of one practical step you can take to set a simple intention for the next month.
To see this intention become your reality.
When you're ready,
Gently return to your space.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
You might want to stretch.
And you can open your eyes whenever you feel ready.
Let this new moon remind you that your truth isn't something you need to search for.
It's something you remember when you finally listen to yourself.
You can return to this practice and this library whenever you need to be reminded of your own power.
Thank you very much for meditating with me today.
As always,
It has been a pleasure to guide you.
