Welcome to my chakra healing and activation series.
In this series we work with each of the 7 main energy centres in the body,
One by one,
Gently bringing them back into balance and flow.
You can use these activations on their own or return to them as a set whenever you feel called to.
A chakra is an energy centre within your body and each one relates to a different part of you,
Your emotions,
Your mind,
Your sense of self,
Your intuition,
Your connection to life.
When a chakra is open and balanced,
Energy moves through you more freely and you feel clearer,
Calmer and more aligned.
When it is blocked or underactive,
You might feel disconnected,
Stuck or uncertain.
Today we are working with the third eye chakra.
The third eye is the centre of your inner knowing.
It is the part of you that senses what is true before your mind tries to explain it.
The part of you that picks up on subtle feelings,
Intuition and quiet guidance.
When this chakra is open you trust yourself more.
You feel clearer about what is right for you.
You are less pulled by doubt or outside noise.
The third eye sits in the centre of your forehead just between your eyebrows.
If it is really open you can often feel it,
Be very aware of it,
Feel very connected to it.
I often call it my inner vision.
It is a place where insight,
Imagination and deep awareness meet and it helps you see beyond appearances.
It helps you see what your eyes cannot.
Beyond stories and narratives,
Beyond fear,
It is where you connect to your own inner wisdom.
The colour of the third eye chakra is indigo,
A deep rich blue with a hint of violet.
The colour of the night sky just before it turns dark.
The colour of depth.
A deep rich ocean.
Imagine that colour now.
See a soft indigo light glowing at the centre of your forehead just between your eyebrows.
Imagine it like a small gentle star resting there.
Calm,
Steady,
Quietly radiant.
With every inhale imagine that indigo light becoming a little bit brighter.
A little bit clearer.
As if it is slowly waking up.
With every breath your third eye begins to glow a little bit more.
Really feel that glow.
A beautiful indigo energy gently expanding behind your eyes.
You might feel some warmth here.
A soft pressure.
A gentle pulsing.
Or simply a sense of awareness gathering there.
Let that indigo light spread through the centre of your head.
Feel it clearing confusion.
Softening any mental noise.
Creating space for clarity and intuition.
With every breath let the indigo light grow stronger.
Imagine it like a deep blue lake inside your mind.
Still.
Clear.
Reflective.
This light is endless.
It's open.
It's full of possibility.
Just like you are.
Feel this indigo energy gently flow through your head and down into your body.
This is bringing calm.
It's bringing insight.
It's bringing a feeling of being quietly aligned with yourself.
Rest your awareness at the centre of your forehead.
At your third eye.
Bathed in indigo light.
Imagine a small circle of indigo energy there gently spinning.
Slowly at first.
And then a little more freely.
Silently repeat in your mind.
I trust my inner wisdom.
I see clearly.
I am guided from within.
Just let these words settle into the indigo glow.
And just stay here for a few quiet breaths.
And if it feels right for you.
You can gently place your fingers between your brows.
And feel the warmth and energy there.
Simply resting in this awareness.
You have now gently activated and balanced your third eye chakra.
And I want you to take a moment to notice how you feel.
Any sensations.
Any subtle shifts.
Whatever is there is enough.
Take a moment to thank yourself for giving yourself this time.
For choosing to listen inward.
For choosing to feel a little more clear and connected today.
And gently bring your attention back to your breath.
If your hands are raised bring them back down to your lap.
And bring yourself back to your body.
To the room around you.
And whenever you feel ready you can slowly open your eyes.
