This Sacral Chakra Activation is part of my Chakra Healing & Activation Series, a collection of Reiki infused guided meditations created to gently awaken and balance each of the seven main energy centres in the body.

The sacral chakra is your centre of emotion, creativity and pleasure. When it is open you may feel more connected to your feelings, comfortable in your body and able to experience joy, inspiration and flow more freely.

This meditation uses visualisation and gentle guidance to help you activate the sacral chakra and invite in a sense of warmth, fluidity and creative vitality.
