Through a calming visualisation with water and moonlight, I will guide you to let go of outdated patterns and create space for something new. It’s a simple but powerful moment to reflect, reset and prepare for the shifts this full moon and the Lionsgate portal might bring.

Settle in by finding a really comfy position,

Preferably seated with your back straight but you can lie down if that feels better for you,

And gently close your eyes.

Allow yourself to land here in this moment.

This time is just for you to connect,

To ground and to release anything that feels heavy.

Let your breath find a natural rhythm,

Inhale and exhale.

With each breath,

Let yourself soften a little bit more,

Unclench your jaw,

Relax your shoulders,

Let go of what's happened today so far and any worries about what's still to come,

Just be here.

In this moment.

This month's full moon is in Aquarius,

The sign often called the visionary of the zodiac.

Aquarius energy reminds us to step back and see the bigger picture,

To connect with our truth and to honour the parts of ourselves that don't quite fit the mould.

This moon is here to help us see that it's safe to be different,

That our uniqueness is what makes us powerful.

And because this full moon is often known as the sturgeon moon,

Which is named after ancient fish that have survived for millions of years,

There's also a special strength in the air,

A reminder of your resilience.

Let yourself sink a little deeper into your body now.

You are safe and supported here as we begin the visualisation.

Imagine yourself by a large body of water.

It could be a lake,

A calm sea,

A slow-moving river.

Whatever feels right for you.

The moonlight is reflecting off the surface,

Casting a silvery glow all around you.

You feel clear and relaxed.

Now picture yourself stepping into the water.

The temperature is just right.

It holds you.

You don't need to swim here.

Just float in the water.

Just let yourself be carried.

This water represents your inner world,

Your intuition,

Your emotions,

Your knowing.

As you float here,

Ask yourself gently,

What am I ready to release?

What have I outgrown?

What thoughts or patterns no longer reflect who I am becoming?

As each thought or feeling arises,

Imagine it leaving your body and dissolving into the water around you.

The water takes what you no longer need and transforms it.

Breathe deeply.

And with each exhale,

Release a little bit more.

Surrender the pressure to have it all figured out.

Just let go of the idea that you need to do it like anyone else.

Aquarius energy is about leading with what's true for us.

Even if it looks different from what the world expects.

Even if no one understands it yet.

I'm going to give you some time to float here for a few moments.

Held by the water.

Lit by the moon.

Connected to your own deep inner wisdom.

And just notice what comes up for you in this space.

Now that you've released what you have outgrown,

You have created space for something new to take root.

As you float in the water,

Imagine how it would feel to realign with your deeper purpose.

You're giving yourself space to reconnect with what truly matters to you.

And to gently prepare for any shifts or changes that may be unfolding with this full moon in Aquarius.

Something that feels exciting.

Expansive.

And true.

Let one word rise to the surface now.

A word that captures what you are ready to welcome in.

Something you'd like to carry with you into this next chapter.

Let it settle in your body.

And trust that it's already beginning to take shape.

Now begin to imagine yourself slowly coming back to the shore.

You step out of the water,

Feeling lighter.

Clearer.

Something has shifted.

Take a few deep breaths here to ground yourself back into your body.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Or gently stretch.

And when you're ready,

You can bring one hand to your heart,

If that feels right for you.

Offer yourself some quiet recognition.

You showed up for yourself.

You listened.

And you honoured what needed to be released.

And don't forget that you can return to this place any time you need to reconnect with clarity or truth.
