So Hum. Two syllables. One eternal truth. In Sanskrit, So Hum means "I am that." It is one of the most ancient and powerful mantras in the Vedic tradition, a direct pointer to the truth of who you are beyond your name, your story, your roles, and your thoughts. With every inhale, So. With every exhale, Hum. The breath itself becomes the mantra. The mantra becomes the breath. This sacred chant invites you into the most intimate relationship possible. The one between you and the universe. Between the individual and the infinite. Between the wave and the ocean it has always been part of. In this practice, simply close your eyes. Let the sound carry you inward. Follow the natural rhythm of your own breathing. Inhale So. Exhale Hum. You do not need to do anything else. The mantra knows the way home. Two minutes and ten seconds of pure presence, offered to you with love.
