This is a 30 minutes meditation led to assist in operating shifts in 8 areas of your Life, shedding illusions, and receiving guidance as to what to act upon following the shifts. The topics are Family, Work, Identity, Circumstances, Habits, Creativity, Diet, and Heart Space. Sit with a straight back ideally feet on the floor, have water new by, light a candle and/or incense, and have a piece of blank paper ready to journal straight afterward! This is a meditation destined to support and assist the release,

The letting go of any,

I would want to say obsolete system,

Patterns,

Programs,

Whichever that you are still holding in your field and within your vessel body and also destined to invite guidance and clues and tips and messages,

Directions,

Anything that will help you clarify and discover what would be the steps,

The actions or simply assist you in envisioning and drawing and start to really see what are the other direction,

The steps to take for you,

Which space you can move into instead.

And I have received a list of topics or spaces in your life that I am going to guide you through.

It's going to be very simple.

I'm just going to be holding the momentum for you while you are receiving first,

You know,

Letting go and then receiving or receiving what to let go of and receiving what to invite instead.

So the topics are going to be anything related to family,

Anything related to work,

Anything related to identity,

Anything related to your current circumstances,

Anything related to habits,

Anything related to creativity,

Anything related to diet and anything related to your heart space.

These constitute a beautiful constellation of eight topics that are interrelated.

You will maybe see connections between them or not.

It does not matter.

The essential part is that you get an opportunity to really release the hold that exists on to certain aspects within these topics and create the space for anything to come in.

You may receive these guilemcies.

But if you've never done such thing or if you feel some resistance,

Remember that messages comes in many ways.

And if not so many comes during this meditation,

You may get them afterwards because you will be integrating whatever will be passing through during this meditation.

Afterward prepare a piece of paper and set it up as the space where you will be literally laying out what you are picking up on to coming you in your life.

So we are going to start now.

So I invite you to find a spot to sit down or just sit down wherever you are right now.

Stop everything you're doing and close your eyes and relax for a moment.

Start breathing deeply.

Really set yourself to be breathing all the way down your belly.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your jaw.

Find a comfortable sitting position and we are going to be taking one one deep inhale and exhale blowing the wind out and another one.

You got already sense where you know there may be some little constrictions.

Allow yourself to tune into the niceness to the good feelings to the happiness to the joy to the love to the lights wherever you are during your day at the moment.

So you're going to place your hands on your heart.

You're going to concentrate some light within and around yourself from your heart center from your heart space.

You're going to concentrate some light and being it around you.

Right.

Now you're going to place your focus by your third eye.

Try to keep your awareness all throughout the body because the signals and the messages they can come from anywhere and in any form.

It's very common that I sense and I feel rather than see what we're going to place our focus points on the third eye to keep the balance right there and just relax.

So the first stop we are inviting guidance and messages and to simply really visualize what it is we are letting go of not what you need to let go of is what you are letting go of actually at the moment in regards of family.
