Hello beautiful and welcome to today's deeply healing practice.
Worries can be such powerfully sabotaging energies when it comes to our loving relation to our everyday life,
Creation and vision-focused living.
But what is even more powerful is your capability to unarm these worries that aren't fuelled by your intuitive truth but by the echoes of years of conditioning telling you lies on success,
Enoughness and the right to be at peace.
Today's practice is a deep invitation for you to unarm that mind that's feeding you with worries,
To take back the crown of the now and to find your truth and peace in the present moment.
So if you are ready,
Take any comfortable position your body is asking for right now and then let us start.
Here you are,
Breathe in and exhale out,
Just feel yourself in this moment,
Feel what's moving within,
Feel how your body is communicating to you right now and with every breath allow yourself to sink deeper into this body,
Into this present moment,
Opening towards the ground and letting energies melt into the ground but occupy the space that you need for your peace,
Your freedom and your self-love.
Your breath connects you to your body and to the present moment in every instant.
Breathe normally,
Don't force anything,
Just with every breath set that intention to gather all the energies,
The past of the future and just to bring them back into the now that's into this vessel that's physical,
That's your body.
Take note of your body becoming more calm,
More ready to open towards your feeling and more ready to let go of what doesn't serve you right now.
I'm inviting you when you are ready to just create,
Visualize a screen in front of you,
A huge screen,
Wide screen and look at you and your worries right now,
You worrying in your life right now,
Just see yourself.
How do you see yourself?
How do you see the energies of your worries?
What's your body telling you in that picture?
What's the vibe?
What's the possible,
The possibilities in this picture?
Okay,
Just breathe and this is really not about judging anything,
Just find self-compassion with what you see,
Feel yourself and tell yourself,
Hey,
I see you,
I feel you,
You have reasons for worrying right now,
You have reasons for why you are choosing what you're doing right now and I'm here with you and I'm here to help you free your mind and your reality from that weight and then ask that picture,
Ask that movie,
Which beliefs are fueling my worries,
Which beliefs are there that are actually fueling my worries that keep them alive.
So what's the belief underneath the worry?
Is it about I will never be enough or success doesn't come easy,
I have to gain my success through hard work,
Maybe overwork,
Burning out,
I don't deserve to be happy,
Nobody will see me anyways.
What's the belief that's allowing your worry to gain that much power?
Because a worry is just a symptom and underneath there's something you strongly believe in,
Something that you are still choosing to create your moment's reality from,
Your moment's capability and capacity to believe in you,
To trust in the possible is defined by the beliefs you're holding,
So take all the time you need here to find your beliefs,
Breathe,
Know that you are loved and that there's nothing wrong with your belief,
You have reasons for them.
And I'd like to ask you what if you chose not to believe in them anymore,
What if you choose now that they aren't true,
That they are nothing you want to believe in,
Something you are no longer buying into.
Is it actually true that belief?
Ask your soul and let your soul respond.
What if you chose not to believe in them,
What if you are enough?
I really wish for you to get into that energy of what if,
What if you chose not to believe in them anymore,
Just play with it in this moment,
What if you just didn't believe them?
How would the movie transform,
What would you turn into,
How would your body speak,
How would the space around you vibrate and what would happen to the worries if their foundation,
Those beliefs weren't bought anymore?
What if everything just worked out the way you envisioned it?
What if things worked out even better?
I really want you to create that alternative picture,
A new movie or a new chapter in this movie,
Fueled by the possibility of knowing and trust of your soul.
How would you look in that picture,
In that movie,
How would you feel?
Just create that picture perfect for you right now,
What would you love to believe in?
What would you love to see your reality being created of?
How would you walk,
How would you talk and create in that movie,
In that picture,
In that life of yours?
How would you trust if only you could change that belief?
Take all the time you need here,
Breathe and really get to feel that alternative movie,
Take yourself physically in your imagination,
Take yourself into that movie,
Play that role,
Feel it.
Feel how you walk,
How you talk,
How you move,
How you feel.
Beautiful.
How would you meet people?
How would you meet life and challenges?
And how would you look into that future that you've been worrying about?
If you rewrote that belief,
Feel it,
Choose it,
What choices would you be able to make in the now?
What choices would you be able to make in this moment right now if you believed in a new belief?
If you transformed the old one,
What choice would you be able to make right now that you haven't been able to make so far?
Just for this moment,
It might be something big but it's enough if it's something small,
A choice for this moment right now to build the next moment and the next one and the next one in your future.
You can always only choose for this moment but that's big,
That's the foundation of everything.
Choose it now,
Choose it now and let go of the old.
Breathe deeply and wash away everything that belongs to the old belief.
You might want to switch on that cosmic shower,
A golden shower that's just healing and cleansing and taking everything out of your system that belongs to the past.
Everything that doesn't honour your choice of the now,
The belief that you are buying into right now,
That you are rewriting on your heart,
On your soul,
On your body,
On your life experience in this moment.
Bathe in that truth.
Let it wash away any sabotaging belief that was never supportive.
And even if it turned out to be the worst in the end,
Even if the worst happened,
Let it not take away this moment's peace.
Choose for the now so that you can have those inner resources of safety for whatever comes in the future.
Smile at yourself,
Smile at those worries.
Don't demonize them,
Don't give them too much power over you,
Just smile at them.
And shift your focus to your new belief,
That new frequency,
That new feeling.
