Hello and welcome to Intuition Awakening.
My name is Janine and today I'll be guiding you through a short Crown Chakra exercise.
This will be aimed at reducing any feelings of loneliness or isolation.
So to begin,
Find a comfortable seated position where you won't be disturbed for the next few minutes.
You're welcome to pause the audio now if you need a moment to get comfortable.
Feel your body on the surface beneath you.
Feel the weight of your legs.
Feel the heaviness of your arms and your chest.
Tuning into the body,
Getting comfortable,
Letting yourself unwind and relax.
Whenever you're ready,
I'd like you to close your eyes.
Feeling deeper into the body,
Noticing your breath.
Noticing how it feels to just be here within your body today.
If there are any big emotions in the body,
Just saying hello to them as well.
All emotions are welcome here today.
This is a safe space.
We will begin this visualization with a few deep breaths.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Twice as long if you can.
Nice extended exhales.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Twice as long.
And one more,
Trying to make this the biggest inhale you've had all day.
And exhaling,
Really dragging out that exhale nice and long.
Wonderful.
I'd like you to bring your awareness now to the top of your head,
The crown chakra.
You can even use your fingertips to tap gently on the top of your head to help you connect in with your body.
Really trying to bring your conscious focus here to the crown.
Seeing its purple color shining and sparkling around the top of your head.
I want you to imagine that you can take a little thread of this crown chakra light and send it to a loved one.
Imagine this little trail of light leaving your crown chakra and finding its way to their crown chakra as if little cords or threads of light are emanating from your crown.
Start to connect in with your loved one's energy.
Imagine where they might be sitting.
Maybe they're driving.
Maybe they're in their home.
Maybe they're out and about.
Connecting in through this little thread of connected energy.
Now I'd like you to imagine a second little thread or line of energy leaving your crown chakra and connecting to someone else's energy.
Maybe this is your neighbor,
The people who live in the apartment above you.
Maybe it's a coworker sitting beside you.
Choose one more person to send out the second thread of light to and try to connect to their crown chakra.
Imagining this thread,
Touching the top of their head as well.
Giving you two in this little bridge of light.
I'd like you to keep practicing this with as many people as you can.
Usually it's easy to start with loved ones or friends,
Family,
Someone close by.
Imagine sending a light to them,
Feeling a little thread of your energy connecting to their crown chakra,
Reminding you both of the connection and support of the universe.
We are all deeply entangled and integrated.
We share this earth with one another.
So we are never truly alone.
And this act of sending these little threads of light can be really helpful whenever we're feeling alone and isolated.
So I will let the music play now for a minute.
As you practice sending these little threads of light connecting from your crown chakra to their crown chakra,
Practicing feeling this connection.
As you get comfortable with sending these threads of light,
You can even try practicing sending them across the globe.
Connect in with as many people's energy as you can.
See yourself as part of this collective web of light.
So try that now.
Try imagining sending all those crown chakra threads of light around the world and feel others starting to come back,
Connecting in with your crown chakra as well.
See yourself as part of this interconnected web.
Excellent work.
Notice in your body and in your mind,
How are you feeling now?
When our crown chakra is out of balance or disconnected,
We often feel very lonely,
Very isolated,
Very separate.
So I hope that this exercise is something you can come back to time and time again.
Whenever you feel lonely,
Whenever you feel that disconnection from your community or support system,
Simply return to this audio and send those little threads of light around the world again.
So as we end this exercise,
Giving thanks and gratitude for everyone you've connected with,
Borrowing their energy,
Their happiness,
Their joy,
Maybe their calmness or quiet feeling that they're experiencing.
If you need to lean on the support of the collective consciousness and borrow someone's confidence for a while,
Lean into someone's happiness and joy.
This is one easy little way to remember that even when we are stuck in our darkness or big emotions or pains in the body,
There are others around the world that are having an amazing day and we can at any time tune into this collective consciousness and seek support from our fellow beings.
So giving one little push of light of gratitude to everyone that you're connected with,
Seeing that little vibration of gratitude tingling down the threads of consciousness that connect you,
Knowing that you have sent gratitude and thanks to someone today and how nice that feels to not be alone.
Whenever you're ready,
Gently start coming back to your body,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Maybe rolling your shoulders,
Moving your neck side to side,
Up and down,
Taking a deep breath in and on the exhale,
Opening your eyes,
Coming back to full awareness,
Coming back to your day,
Feeling refreshed,
Feeling revitalized,
Feeling connected.
