Chakra Alignment For Abundance - Guided Sleep Meditation

Welcome to Intuition Awakening! Drift off into sleep tonight as you are guided in a chakra balancing meditation. This chakra cleanse and realignment is meant to attune you to the energy of abundance and wealth. Let go of limiting beliefs and old mindsets, feel a gentle golden light cascade over your chakras, listen to the soothing ocean waves lull you to sleep. Extra time was added to the end of the meditation to help you fall asleep to the sounds of gentle waves.

Hello and welcome to Intuition Awakening.

My name is Janine and tonight as you gently drift towards sleep we will be filling your chakra system,

Your unique energy centers,

Your aura with the spirit and the energy of abundance.

So gently settling in,

Finding a comfortable place to rest tonight,

Adjusting your pillows,

Your blankets,

Getting comfortable and ready for sleep now.

Take three deep breaths with me now in through the nose and exhale out the mouth.

Nice long exhales.

Inhale deeply into the belly and exhale out the mouth.

One more.

Inhaling all the way down into the abdomen.

Exhaling nice and long out the mouth.

Whenever you are ready,

Gently close your eyes,

Feeling your eyelids becoming heavy,

Allowing your forehead to soften,

Feeling your shoulders gently falling away from your ears,

Sinking into the surface beneath you,

Feeling a heaviness in your body,

Allowing your limbs to feel heavier and heavier and heavier as your body relaxes,

As your mind slows down,

As you become ready to sleep.

Tonight as you drift to sleep,

We will activate each of your seven chakras,

Activating the limitless knowledge inside of us,

Activating our intuition,

Enhancing clarity of our mind,

Realigning with our soul,

Allowing each chakra to become infinitely attuned with the vibration of financial abundance.

So adjusting one more time if you need to,

Getting comfortable in your blankets,

Letting your head gently roll to one side or the other if it feels comfortable,

Falling asleep whenever you're ready,

Knowing that your mind and your subconscious will be actively listening and taking in these messages.

We will start with the crown chakra,

Imagining golden light from the divine entering this purple chakra located at the top of our head,

Feeling the warmth of this gentle light,

Connecting,

Swirling,

Activating your crown chakra.

Our crown chakra is our divine connection,

Our connection to ourselves,

As well as our connection to others,

And can be used to deeply connect us to the loving energy of money.

If you hold any limiting beliefs towards money,

Allow yourself to release them just for this meditation,

Calling in the loving energy of money,

The infinite energy of money,

Picturing and imagining in this crown chakra now how your life will change with perfect financial abundance in your life,

Having just enough to pay all of your bills but also an excess amount for pleasure,

For fun,

To donate and give.

Imagine all of the things that this loving energy of money can provide for you in your life.

Imagine the golden light swirling and mixing with the purple of your crown chakra,

Breathing in,

Feeling that golden divine consciousness trickling down into your third eye chakra,

Activating this indigo center,

Our intuitive center,

The chakra where we can dream big and allow ourselves to visualize,

Set intentions,

And manifest a beautiful amount of money.

Embrace this indigo chakra as the golden light creates little flecks that look like stars behind your eyes,

Welcoming in this fifth dimensional high vibration divine light,

Allowing in the loving energy of money and abundance tonight.

Feel the energy now moving down,

Gently flowing down your forehead,

Below your eyes,

Gently cascading over your nose and your cheekbones as this golden light connects with your throat chakra,

Feeling a golden necklace appearing on your collarbone,

Settling gently onto your neck filled with diamonds,

Filled with divine consciousness,

Allowing yourself to receive this gift from the universe,

Knowing that it is simply the first of many blessings financially to come into your life,

Allowing your throat chakra to openly express your desires,

Allow yourself in your waking day tomorrow to openly express and share with your friends or family how much financial abundance you truly desire,

Allow yourself to feel comfortable stating your needs,

Letting those intentions flow from your third eye into the universe through your words.

On your next inhale,

Imagining this divine consciousness moving down into your chest,

Your arms,

Tingling down your forearms to your palms,

Feeling your heart becoming full and light,

Your heart desires what is truly best for you,

Wants you to live in a state of love and vulnerability,

Allow yourself to vulnerably get comfortable with the energy of money,

Release your limiting beliefs,

Manifest all the income and financial abundance you desire,

Knowing that infused with this divine golden light,

That your heart is safe,

That this income and abundance is in your best interest but also the world's best interest.

When you earn an income from the heart,

When you allow abundance from divine to come into your existence,

Sharing this abundance with the world,

With your family,

Holding yourself in a state of wealth and abundance,

This raises the consciousness of the entire world.

So do not feel selfish or guilty about desiring a healthy abundant income for yourself.

Know that as you earn an amazing income and manifest all you desire,

You are helping to show those around you what is possible in this limitless existence.

On your next inhale,

Feeling this golden light cascading down your back into your belly,

Filling your abdomen with a warm,

Comfortable,

Soothing sensation,

Raising the vibration of your solar plexus chakra,

Raising your self-confidence.

Our solar plexus shines brightly like the Sun.

When we mix in this divine high vibrational consciousness,

This allows you to confidently make steps towards earning this financial abundance.

By manifesting this wealth,

You become confident in your abilities,

Your inner resourcefulness,

Your inner courage,

Your inner drive.

So think of this manifesting as a loving exercise to building your self-esteem and self-confidence as well.

Earning a healthy,

Divine income does not take away from others.

We are raising the confidence level of a whole generation when we act as a way-shower,

Someone who has allowed abundance and money to take on a new,

Positive,

Generous,

Loving meaning.

Your journey of self-esteem,

Self-confidence,

And self-love will earn you financial wealth and abundance by being your authentic self and accepting your desires about money and living financially well.

You are allowing your solar plexus to shine,

To recharge,

To activate,

To expand.

On your next inhale,

Gently moving down now into the sacral chakra,

Feeling that golden light cascading down your back,

Below your belly button,

Into our pelvic bowl and the top of our hip bones.

See this golden Christ-light energy of the divine swirling and mixing with your sacred sexual center.

See the orange of your sacral chakra mixing,

Gleaming in the sun with this gold and light.

Your sacral chakra is where your ideas and passions are birthed into the world.

Feel it activating and becoming alive now,

Awakening your life purpose,

Awakening your confident innermost self.

This passionate,

Courageous,

Loving,

And driven side of you has always existed in your sacral.

Feel it deeply connecting with your day-to-day life,

Allowing your life purpose to come to fruition,

To guide you to financial health,

Wealth,

And abundance.

When we create from the energy of our sacral chakra,

We are creating with our ancestors,

With our spirit team,

With all of those who have come before us to provide something so,

So valuable and sacred to the world right now.

So whatever comes to mind in the sacral,

Do not doubt this.

Trust your passions,

Trust your life purpose now.

Feel this golden energy gently rolling farther down your body,

Connecting with your tailbone,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your feet,

Your toes.

This is your root chakra energy.

Feel the red of this chakra being mixed and combined with this golden,

Divine energy of the highest consciousness.

Sometimes we have beliefs that are negative about money or abundance here in the root chakra.

Just to know that this golden light is washing away any of these fears,

Any of your concerns.

Maybe money has made you feel unsafe in the past.

Allow this golden light to deeply reprogram those beliefs.

I allow financial abundance into my life with ease.

Earning so much money that I have extra for my friends,

My family,

And my community is in the divine's highest will for me.

I allow myself to feel safe holding money in my bank accounts.

Money is allowed to have a new meaning in my life now.

I feel safe.

Financial abundance helps my life feel stable,

Grounded,

And rooted in Mother Earth.

You now see this golden light growing and flowing into your aura,

Swirling around you,

Making your body feel so light,

So loved,

So comfortable.

Sit with this sensation for as long as you desire,

Gently drifting off into a divinely guided sleep now as I let the music play for a few more minutes.

Enjoy this comfortable sensation knowing that you have deeply shifted and aligned with the vibration of financial wealth and abundance.
