Do you often wonder how you "got here"? How your life has turned out like this? Do you not trust your instincts? Let us explore our unconscious habits and patterns and focus on positive affirmations to renew self-trust, self-condidence and self-love.

Welcome to Intuition Awakening.
My name is Janine and today I'll be guiding you through a short meditation focused on trusting ourself,
Focused on renewing our sense of self-confidence,
And focused on feeling into our heart chakra center to bring love back to our day.
When we lack self-confidence,
When we lack self-trust,
We often feel like every decision we make is wrong.
We judge ourselves critically through very sharp lenses and we do not give ourselves credit where credit is due.
We can begin to speak very negatively towards ourselves as well as allow very negative circumstances,
People,
Or situations into our lives.
When we stop trusting our gut instincts,
Sometimes we look around our life wondering how we got here,
What happened to bring us to this place,
And we struggle to know how to start bringing ourselves out of this situation.
So during this meditation,
I want us to hold the intention of building self-trust.
Just like a muscle,
We must learn to practice and to focus our energy into self-trust.
Believing in ourselves,
Repeating affirmations,
And focusing on our heart chakra center,
We can begin to unwind and untangle these negative patterns and behaviors that we have brought into our lives.
As we explore these emotions in this meditation,
Just remind yourself that change may take time.
You are allowed to practice this with gentleness and kindness.
You are allowed to feel,
And you are allowed a wonderful life.
So beginning now,
I want you to find a comfortable seated position with your back nice and tall,
Perhaps supported by a chair or a cushion,
Feet touching the floor,
Feel into your body and where it touches the surface beneath you.
If you feel called to,
You can gently close your eyes,
Or perhaps just gently rest your gaze on a spot on the floor,
Perhaps a point on the wall.
Together now,
Let's take four deep breaths in and out,
In through the nose,
And try and extend that exhale out through your mouth.
Inhaling for first count through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Inhaling for count two,
Try to feel your breath all the way through your chest into your abdomen,
And out through the mouth.
Nice long exhales.
Inhaling again through the nose,
Expand your chest muscles,
And exhaling a sigh or any tension through your mouth.
Last inhale for count number four,
Deeply into your abdomen,
Feel that chest expanding,
Your shoulders moving,
And exhaling,
Feel those shoulders drop away from your ears and relax deeply.
Wonderful.
I want us to bring awareness to our heart chakra center in the middle of our chest.
This is the center and space for our emotions,
For love,
And for our green heart chakra energy to be stored.
Picture this ball of energy in the middle of your chest,
The shining vibrant green spinning and swirling as you watch your energy move in your chest.
Perhaps feeling a tingling sensation in your chest or your arms.
Does your chest feel cool or perhaps warm?
Just feeling into what this energy feels like in your heart center now.
See the green light of your chakra expanding out around your chest and starting to drift over the rest of your body.
You are surrounded by love.
You are surrounded by divine energy.
And in this safe space,
I want you to bring to mind one situation or perhaps person in your life right now that you are feeling uncomfortable with.
Perhaps you've wondered how you got here,
How the relationship with this person began or why it's lasted for so long.
Perhaps there has been tension building.
Just gently bring this person or situation to your mind.
If any feelings become overwhelming at any point,
Just know that you can gently open your eyes,
Wiggle your shoulders,
Your arms and your legs.
Take a deep breath and say to yourself,
I am safe.
Sometimes bringing up these emotions deliberately can cause a little panic as our body tries to understand what we are doing.
So just knowing that all feelings and sensations.
So just knowing that all feelings and sensations right now are valid and they are welcome.
In this particular situation or circumstance,
When did you feel you lost trust with yourself?
When did you feel those worried thoughts come to mind?
What sensations have been in your body that you may have been trying to ignore or avoid?
When you were with this particular person or in this situation,
Do you feel tension in your jaw and shoulders?
Do you feel your fists wanting to clench?
Do you perhaps want to even leave the room or go for a drive?
Is there some discomfort in your body that occurs?
By bringing awareness to our physical,
Our emotional and our mental selves,
We can really start to bring awareness to our decision making and we can start to interrupt our automatic habits a little sooner.
All of these behaviors have been learned from somewhere,
From someone and perhaps may have followed you even from childhood.
So just know that it is okay now to bring a gentle curiosity to these difficult or painful circumstances in our life and start to inquire as to how did we get here?
What patterns can we now bring awareness to and start to interrupt these old habits a little sooner?
I'd like you now to reimagine that green light in your chest.
See if you can tune in and tap into your heartbeat underneath your breath.
Perhaps place your hands on your chest.
See if you can feel that heartbeat.
Feeling your heartbeat,
Feeling this green energy of your heart center,
I want you to repeat the following affirmations.
I am allowed to rewrite old patterns.
I am allowed to create new habits.
I am allowed to gently feel my emotions.
I deserve to trust myself.
I deserve to feel loved and appreciated.
I am allowed to bring curiosity to my inner workings.
I am allowed to witness and interrupt my automatic habits.
Bringing awareness to my heart chakra fills me with peace.
I am allowed to feel safe.
I am allowed to invite safe people and situations into my life.
I am allowed to say no to unsafe situations.
Setting boundaries is healthy.
My confidence grows.
I can take action when I notice old patterns coming back.
Bringing awareness to old patterns brings me peace.
I forgive myself for not trusting myself sooner.
I understand that these are unconscious habits.
I release the blame and judgment I feel towards myself.
By practicing awareness,
I am practicing love.
Feel your heart beating again.
Imagine that green light of your chakra expanding wider and wider.
As you feel this new sense of trust and confidence and love filling your body,
Filling your mind,
And filling your spirit.
Know that as we end this meditation soon,
All of these positive feelings,
Feelings of forgiveness,
Feelings of trust,
Feelings of love will follow you forward in your day.
The more you practice positive self-talk and self-love,
The more these become your new habits.
You can now wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Perhaps rolling your shoulders side to side gently,
Perhaps flexing your ankles and your feet up and down.
When you feel ready,
You may open your eyes and bring awareness back to your day.
