Meditation for finding balance.
Sit in a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Take a moment to notice any signs around you.
Don't be irritated by the sounds or question them.
Just accept that these are the sounds of life.
Now notice any sounds within you.
Maybe your heart beating or your breath or your stomach churning.
No judgement,
Just acceptance that these are the sounds of the universe within you.
Now notice what you can feel within you.
Is there anywhere you feel tingling?
Can you feel any sensations or tension or pain?
Accept that this is how your body is communicating with you.
Your body is telling you what it needs or what is wrong.
Now notice your breath.
Is it shallow or deep?
What is your breath trying to tell you?
Together let's take a slow deep breath into the belly.
Inhaling deeply and exhaling letting it go.
As you inhale this time feel yourself inhaling pure light.
Pure energy from the earth around you.
And as you exhale,
Exhale pure light.
Deeply inhaling that golden energy.
And exhaling letting it flow from you like water in a stream.
Continue these rhythmic inhalations and exhalations.
Feeling yourself absorb the light around you.
As you sit in this place of stillness,
Take a moment of gratitude.
Take a moment of gratitude that everything around you and inside you is working in perfect harmony without you having to do anything.
Our universe outside and within is always finding a place of balance.
Everything around us is working just as it should.
Nothing is good and nothing is bad.
Everything just is.
Now move deeper into that place of stillness within you.
Your unchanging perfect soul.
A place of complete peace and love.
The place of your inner knowing.
This space is the pure essence of you.
Repeat to yourself,
I listen to my inner self.
I make beautiful balanced choices.
I am in harmony with nature.
I am in harmony with nature.
I listen to my intuition.
I am in harmony with nature.
Hold these words within your heart.
The only place you need to be is here,
Within yourself.

Coming back to the breath,
Inviting that deep breathing back into your belly.
Remember that this breath is working for you.
Every breath balancing the cells within you,
Rejuvenating them.
Come back to those affirmations.
