Self-Aware.

The first and most important question in human life is the question,

Who am I?

The answer that one gives to this question is the basis of the entire life experience.

It has been famously said,

You don't see the world as it is but you see the world as you are according to who you think you are.

To understand the self,

To know the self,

Is the great adventure and the journey that is necessary to experience true inner peace,

Inner power and happiness.

But yet the true self is hidden behind all the various false selves,

Our limited sense of self which we have created over time.

Behind the mask of nationality,

Behind the mask of profession or religion or family status,

Behind all of these and other masks is the true self.

Who am I when I drop these masks?

Who am I behind the labels and identities which I have acquired over life?

To explore this true self,

This true energy,

The spiritual energy is the beginning of the process of Self-realization.
