Taking Responsibility.

We live in a world which operates in a culture of blame.

We see blame being used at the highest levels of society.

We see blame in the media.

We may see blame in the office,

Perhaps also at home.

But when we play the blame game,

There are no winners and everyone loses.

When I blame others for the way I feel,

For my negative emotions,

At that very moment I have lost the opportunity to grow,

To mature,

And to evolve mentally and spiritually.

And so I choose to take responsibility for my own self,

Realizing that responsibility is the key to freedom.

And so let's spend a few moments exploring the importance of taking responsibility for my own self.
