Just allow your body to settle into a shape that feels comfortable,
That feels supportive.
We'll move into the sound bath portion of our time together today.
So really take your time to bring in any pillows,
Any blankets that would support you if you're laying down.
A pillow under the head,
Sometimes a pillow under the knees can be really comforting.
A blanket is always nice to have because as we move into this sound bath and your body begins to relax,
Your blood pressure can drop and you might feel a little chilled.
So just invite this time to settle,
To really create yourself a nurturing nest that you can snuggle into and feel supportive,
Supported,
And loved,
And held,
And nurtured,
And comforted.
And then take a nice deep breath in through the nose and exhale.
Let it go.
Again,
Nice deep breath in through the nose.
Just exhale.
Invite your body to soften,
To release a little more.
With each exhalation,
Soften.
Release the muscles of the scalp.
Allow the eyes to be heavy.
Invite a sense of softness into the jaw,
Maybe opening and closing the mouth a couple times.
Moving the mouth from side to side.
You're taking a nice deep breath in,
Open mouth,
Exhale.
Yawn.
Sigh it out.
On your next exhale,
Just invite any worries,
Any cares,
Any tension that you might notice in your body to let go.
Let that simultaneously cling to a branch and soar into the sky.
You cannot soar while holding on to what has kept you earthbound.
Let go of your need for things to go a certain way.
Let go of your resentments of other people.
Let go of fear of what others might think.
Let go of your wish that someone will change.
Let go of self-condemnation.
Let go of expectations.
Let go of self-doubt.
Let go of fear over what might happen.
Let go of concerns about money.
Let go of demands on others.
And begin to fly,
Soaring above the very things that once kept you tethered to the ground.
In your breath,
Bring your awareness to any sounds that you might hear just outside of your space.
Opening your ears wide to sound.
Noticing any sounds with inside of your room.
Gently bringing your awareness back to the sound of your breath.
Feeling your body breathe.
Gentle ebb and flow of breath coming in and going out.
On your next exhale,
Just feeling into all the points of contact where your body is supported,
Held,
Comforted within your space.
Bringing in breath and gentle movement,
Maybe wiggling fingers and toes,
Maybe circling ankles and wrists.
Gently reaching your arms up and overhead,
Just taking a little stretch.
Maybe reaching a little further to the right and then through center over to the left.
And then as you exhale,
Just gently bring your mind,
Your awareness,
Your hands back to your heart space.
Just take a moment to be,
To breathe here in your heart,
In your center.
That space of love and compassion.
Space of gratitude.
Feeling whole and healthy and blessed,
Just as you are.
You are enough,
Just as you are.
You are lovable,
Just as you are.
Taking a moment here to be,
To breathe and connect to something that you are grateful for.
What is one blessing in your life today?
Maybe completing the prompt I am so grateful for.
Just stating,
I am blessed.
Just take another breath to be,
To breathe in that state of being grateful and blessed.
I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to hold this space,
To offer this time of healing,
Of connection.
I hope from my heart to yours that this has been helpful,
That you feel loved and blessed in all that you do in the coming days and months ahead.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May you feel supported and connected to yourself,
To your highest self.
From my heart,
My home to yours,
I wish you much love and many blessings.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
