This is a beautiful sleep talk down spoken meditation by Jason Stephenson that will help you to drift off to sleep, relaxing both the body and mind. These affirmation type meditations always crack me up a little because my little brain says β€œas if!” Quite frequently. πŸ˜† But that’s the point, right? To try to retrain ourselves to speak more kindly to ourselves. This one has lovely pacing, steady to lowering volume, pretty music and Jason’s soothing voice which sometimes almost convinced me that these things are true. πŸ’œ

This certainly did the job. It calmed my racing mind & allowed calmness to enter my body. I fell asleep & felt much lighter & calm upon waking. Your voice is soothing & the gentle tune/tones in the track were just right. I’ll be revisiting this one. Thank you πŸ’—πŸ™πŸ’—πŸ™πŸ’—πŸ™
